My boyfriend and I came in looking for some shorts for a cruise & Hannah was such a huge help! The sweetest girl i have ever met & probably one of the best experiences i’ve had at American Eagle. The entire team was honestly amazing & i will be coming back!!!

This is not my type of retail store but I went in yesterday to purchase a denim shirt. I WILL be back to take another look only because of the team. The service is phenomenal [entrance, on the floor, fitting rooms, register] and a far cry from other stores to date (to include high end). I don't remember names but I encountered about 4 employees and could hear others - they were even pleasant to each other. The store was busy but the energy was so positive that I want to shop there again. Whomever is responsible for training deserves a raise... and so does everyone who worked last night (Nov. 12, 2021) after 4pm❣

Y'all if you get a chance to meet Zoey she is the best person ever! After Fedex loosing my package she was able to help me find everything I order and upgrade me some crossover leggings with pockets. Zoey is amazing!!! This location is amazing!!

I always have the most pleasant and relaxing visit everytime I shop here and Aerie! The managers and staff are always so friendly and nice. Exceptionally helpful and always goes above and beyond to help. They never make me feel like they are hovering or uncomfortably watching they genuinely love to help their customers find style and the right fit!! I love the quality of clothing at AE and aerie. I recently took my 12 yr old daughter back to school shopping here the other day and was in the store for almost 3 hrs! The team was great they never made us feel like we were getting on anyone's nerves. They made the experience so much less stressful for us! I just want to say thank you to : Elisabeth, Madison, Desiree and Kendall for helping my daughter and I we had a great time and enjoyed our mother daughter shopping experience with you! Also thank you to Jamie she was so pleasant an patient in helping me also! Thank you to all the staff in American Eagle and Aerie we will continue to shop here!

Jamie was AMAZING!!!! She helped me and my mom today when it came to finding the right sizes in jeans and sweaters. She did not have to go above and beyond but she did. We were very grateful for her.

I can not explain how many clothes I own from American Eagle but what I can explain is how comfortable the clothes are and even though they may be a bit pricey, they are worth every penny for the quality and amazing style. The staff are so nice and are always willing to help out with anything. I have been shopping at American Eagle for years and I do not plan on stopping because of how great they are!
