I just received possibly the worst haircut of my life here. I was in a rush and didn’t notice until I got home but she never even blended one side of my head where she switched from clippers to scissors and she did the same thing near my bangs on the other side. From the front it basically looks like I have a bowl cut… Service: Haircut

I got my haircut with the older woman, I told her what cut I wanted and when it was done, I asked her to cut it one inch shorter to which I received a dirty look. She did cut it shorter however, it was cut two inches shorter. After looking at it closer, I noticed many uneven cuts and was very choppy. I am not happy about this and will have to go to a different salon to get it fixed and spend more money. I previously have not been treated like this at your salon and have not received this terrible of a haircut. I hope in the future, the staff will be better trained so this doesn't happen again. My son and daughter got haircuts at great clips in neenah, my daughters was good but what the hell did i pay almost 30 dollars for them to butcher my sons hair!! Do not recommend for boy haircut Service: Haircut

You don't always get your hair cut the way you want. Be glad when Appleton opens again. They at least listen to your request

Yesterday I went in for a haircut like I’ve always done in the past, my notes regarding my haircut hadn’t changed at all. The lady that cut my hair clearly didn’t know what she was doing. The first thing that she asked me was “are we still doing the hard part” when the notes clearly say that I’m looking for the opposite. Secondly, she didn’t know how to do a fade, which I still don’t understand, how can you hire someone that doesn’t know how to do a fade? Isn’t that haircut 101? 102 maybe? Lastly, she ended up cutting way too much of my hair, again, the opposite of what the notes suggest. I went in looking for a clean cut, I ended up leaving the store like a clown, I can’t remember the last time I felt this embarrassed. It reminded me of that time I had to cut my own hair because all of the salons were closed. I even told the hairstylist “ you went to high” (with the fade) and she said “that’s what I was trying to avoid”, really? I still don’t understand how something like that happens, you tried to avoid going too high and yet you managed to do it, did someone force you to do it? She ended up calling someone else to “finish” cutting my hair, “Gabby”,I think that was her name, I honestly don’t remember, but obviously there was nothing “Gabby” could do and it wasn’t her fault. I believe Gabby worked with me before and I’ve never had any issues with her or anyone until now. I’m willing to bet that the lady that cut my hair yesterday was just hired. How can a hairstylist do something like this? I’ve been using that salon every since it opened (a few years ago) my entire family uses it as well. Obviously there is not much that you guys can do at the moment since what’s done with my hair is done, but this has been by far my worst experience and I hope you guys do something about it because no one should have to experience any of this. If I go to you is because I’m hoping that you know what you are doing, otherwise I would just cut my own hair with a pair of scissors. Service: Haircut

My beautician was so nice and we went through ideas and she put in her thoughts and we decided on a cut that worked really well for me. I was very pleasantly surprised and all my friends and coworkers love my hair and so do I!

Received a wonderful haircut from Autumn today. She is very professional, courteous, and listened to my thoughts on my haircut. She did a very professional job. Often times, in chain salons, I feel rushed in order for the stylist to meet her client number goals. I did not feel that way at all with Autumn. I truly enjoyed our conversation and my cut! Thank you Autumn.

I went in for a simple hair cut. The first girl said she can't do a flat top (about 6 times) The other snippy as hell said she's done at 3 which was about 10 minutes away yet and went back in to the backroom. I would think with everything going on they would want business and have some sort of manners. I was wrong. I'd suggest avoiding this place unless desperate.

Giving one star is being generous, this review is for the store located in Neenah. This place is such a joke! I went there 3 times, and every time the stylists were leaving early or the store wasn’t open, when the hours on their website said they should be open. Their website even let me check in on-line, only to drive all the way in to town and they were closed! Stylists are very rude. I have heard from others their hair cuts are terrible. A lot of local stylists have to “fix” them. Don’t waste your time!!!
