I went in the store and purchased 4 gallons of water and other household items. I started for the door with the cart and was informed it will not go outside. I asked how am I supposed to get everything to my car. The young lady said she will help me. Great customer service!! Thank you so much!!

Very busy store, the Store Manager, Renee is great! Very professional, ready to help, find difficult to locate items, even make sure specific items are ordered in a timely manner if you have a special occasion planned. Customer service is a difficult job, I applaud the employees' perseverance!

Whoever gives this store a 5star is being untruthful. I’m a regular customer of this store because it’s in my community and every experience there is drama present. Today a worker was walking through the store using vulgarities with no care in the world at another worker and proceeded to check me out getting on the phone at the register. This seems to be the normal atmosphere and is very unacceptable. This store continues to have a high employee turnover and there are always panhandlers begging for money outside. It disgusts me and others in the community. Just close down the entire store. It’s not a good look for the community.

Potato chips with expiration date of April 24, 2021 is still on the shelf on May 29, 2021. A cashier took 15 minutes to ring out 3 items while the manager and the assistant manager spinning and twisting themselves into knots over unbalanced books, floating wads of money openly with the store safe wide open, offering convenience for robbery. Manager became indignant when asked to do something about the line.

This is a pretty up kept Family Dollar despite the area. I know that the freezer section was unreliable for a while but I think that's fixed now. They have all the popular brands of candies and chips. I went there looking for UTZ but couldn't find them. They also enforce masks so that's nice. Not too sure about any

The cashier had excellent customer service and her greeting was very friendly. I purchased what I needed at reasonable prices. The store, however, was not well-organized. There were items that needed to be placed on shelves and off the floor. Overall, I will purchase items from this Family Dollar Store again.

Store was okay, but when we was at the check out the cashier got a call on her cell phone "Kris", and answered it and stopped waiting on us and had a personal conversation with I guess with her Man for about 3 minutes and gave us our total, handed back our change and just kept on talking on her cell phone, like we wasn't even there. Never said bye have a nice day or come back again, nothing her phone call was to important than to take care of the customers. 09-09-2019 @ around 5:00 p.m. First time to shop at this location and probably, the last time too. Work to hard for our money to be treated like that, like we wasn't nothing.

I purchased a BOGO, new person at register, "manager" offered him very lil help, even went outside while helpn n forgot he was helpn him with how to ring it up with 6 people behind me n line! I just paid full price. 😤 Also your "so called" store manager wasn't even dressed n anything that would show he was anything more than a customer, he even had slides on his feet n it's NOT the first time!😱 Plus this is NOT the first time he was dressed this way n I had a previous problem with him lockn the front door at closing 10 mins early n refusing to let me n others n the store😠 He is NOT a good representation of this company n further review of him being hired for anything more than a janitor or stock boy based on his appearance n lack of judgement when representing your company! 😣

Need to shut this store down, or hire a new set of employees. Boxes in store taking up aisles on the daily, always out if stock on drink I get... Yes popular but if it shows sales are high in that category then order more. Always hot in there, dirty, no carts to use just baskets that don't hold much. Just nasty store inside and out. Allows loitering just not a place I wanna shop... But its walking distance so I go but changing my route
