Just left bank and will likely close account. Very poor service from only banker in the bank, Lizbeth. Unhelpful and unknowledgable. Not sure why we decided to try Chase but will go back to BoA where we've banked for decades.

This place has always been fine for my family. We all have accounts here and the service is exactly as you would expect. On paydays, Fridays/Saturdays, it is busy, seems like everyone has a small window to get their banking done. Any other time is fairly quick and easy. They require masks, and people who are tossing low ratings for that are objectively rotten people who want to put you and yours at risk, if they follow through and stop bringing their money to this bank, it will be all the better for it. It’s a shopping center bank branch, working people working, and dealing with other working people. Don’t expect 5th avenue banking, but it does the job and does it well.

I seen Chase was going "Woke" 11-18-21. We were getting ready to change banks ASAP. Then I seen that Chase "pulled their head out". I never forget the dirty actions of a business...Strike "1" J.P. Morgan Chase.

I WENT TODAY TO THIS chase in ave L because is where I have my acount for many years, I wanted to open onother account and close the current account (due to repeatedly frauds) . And the teller said there's no one in the banck who can open an account, no wonder the back is empty a nd they have no services or help to offer!, I was the only one onnline and did not even take the look to my paperwork, basically they dont care if i go to onother facilities and close my acount with them.

The employees here are so quick to tell you to wear a mask I saw AUP S guy walk in with no mask and he was not told to wear one that is not right

I went to cash a CHASE BANK check, lobby was empty, no line, the 2 teller that were there kept talking with each others and ignoring me, also CHASE wanted $8 to cash one of there client check because I don't have a bank account with them. I do have a mortgage account with them. Don't bank with chase, I'm refinancing my morgage.

Excellent customer service by Robert. The bank was very clean I felt very safe. They went above and beyond and I am greatly appreciative for that.

The staff are friendly,it can be busy at times inside if it's pay day but other then that they are awesome 👍

Worst cuatomer service ever! I went to upgrade account and get a cashiers check. I keep a high balance with this bank. They told me it would be a 1.5 hour wait for a banker and then proceeded to charge my account 8 dollars for a cashiers check which would have been free with the upgraded acount. I was upset and instead of offering customer care recovery, they told me i was wrong for not waiting an hour and a half. I will be closing all my accounts, will contact manager and weite to Chase headquarters. I do a tremendous amount business a year with this bank. They just lost it all. I will close the numerous accounts i have with them.

Terrible service, over one hour wait and the lobby was dead!!! More then enough staff to help but I guess "Us as customers aren't as important " will never come here again. Save your time travel a little down the way you'll probably wait as well but because they actually have real customers.
