Extremely helpful.. I was a walk-in to the optometrist . It was almost closing time but the Dr. Had no problem seeing me.. he was very professional and very informative. Very pleasant experience.. I then went to the vision center . The woman there was more then helpful and knowledgeable... So all in all I would rate my experience a 10 out of 10... ~Mike

This place is ridiculous. I have been here, about, 10 times during their "business hours" and no one is ever here. Today, I called the number before hand and was told, with attitude, that they were open. 5 minutes later I walk in and there is a sign that they are closed and at lunch. I definitely understand that the employee needs a lunch, but I should have been told that they were out for lunch, not that they were open. So I called backed, no answer. Then they callede back. Long story, short: I got argued with about how they are always open during business hours and were open today but the employee was at lunch (see picture, sign says "CLOSED for lunch"). Then she told me that had the right to refuse service to me, which is true, but their reasoning is ridiculous. I was a loyal customer with the previous owner and have been trying to be with them but they definitely burned that bridge by being disrespectful liars. ~Brianna

AIbertsons is ALWAYS well stocked, neat and clean. The employees are ALWAYS very friendly, helpful and professional. My experience has always been that if there are more than 3 or 4 customers in a lane to check out. They will open another register to help with the over flow. (Of course during the pandemic. The lines were long. However, the lines were long everywhere). Some items are a little pricey at times but the overall stress free experience is well worth it and them some. I've been shopping at Albertsons for over 25 years. It's still my number one go to for grocery shopping. Job well done Albertsons!! ~deborah

To start with , this is NOT a review, it is a note of gratitude... lest I be misunderstood. I'm writing this to pay TRIBUTE to Wells Fargo and these wonderful ladies, the tellers, who stood through this time of great trial and testing , standing there with a smile and serving customers diligently -- making sure the whole financial system still carries on inspite of unprecedented challenges caused by the CV. They have served the bank and customers and the community enormously by serving us, the customers, at times of this extreme trial. This branch recently installed new ATM and the machine has major flaw on December 9 th in was shopping at Vons and had completed my shopping and had large amount of cash on me so I decided to put a couple of hundreds in my account I used the ATM because there was a line after my deposit I received a receipt normally the card comes out before receipt I was distracted by the loud rude guy behind me and stuck my receipt in my bag and left not realizing I didn't get my card my account Access was opened and the guy behind was able to withdraw all my money from my account with a exception of 6.00$ I tried to inform the branch manager that the machine did not closed or require pin number for access after transaction was completed normally you enter your pin number perform transaction and it asked if you want a receipt then before returns your card asked do you want to make another transaction in this moment your account are opened a receipt is given and card stays in machine normally card is returned then receipt is issued ...this small malfunction is gonna leave a lot of customers unprotected I won't be the only victim if this is not fixed because this guy is a regular at this store ~Odessa

I was so pleasantly surprised with the care and compassion from dr g! He listened to all of my concerns while i cried my eyes out because i felt so bad about my Luna being in so much pain.
