Best bank in Lancaster, California (CA) 2024

To start with , this is NOT a review, it is a note of gratitude... lest I be misunderstood. I'm writing this to pay TRIBUTE to Wells Fargo and these wonderful ladies, the tellers, who stood through this time of great trial and testing , standing there with a smile and serving customers diligently -- making sure the whole financial system still carries on inspite of unprecedented challenges caused by the CV. Some of the names which come to mind are Andrea, Kenia, Ms Garcia, Christi. They have served the bank and customers and the community enormously by serving us, the customers, at times of this extreme trial. Thank you Wells Fargo for your team and relentless services🙏 , and thank you beautiful ladies for providing services unwaveringly at a time when all seemed lost. I express my profound gratitude through this review to this awesome bank, Wells Fargo, and my heartfelt tribute. God bless you and everyone else.... This branch recently installed new ATM and the machine has major flaw on December 9 th in was shopping at Vons and had completed my shopping and had large amount of cash on me so I decided to put a couple of hundreds in my account I used the ATM because there was a line after my deposit I received a receipt normally the card comes out before receipt I was distracted by the loud rude guy behind me and stuck my receipt in my bag and left not realizing I didn't get my card my account Access was opened and the guy behind was able to withdraw all my money from my account with a exception of 6.00$ I tried to inform the branch manager that the machine did not closed or require pin number for access after transaction was completed normally you enter your pin number perform transaction and it asked if you want a receipt then before returns your card asked do you want to make another transaction in this moment your account are opened a receipt is given and card stays in machine normally card is returned then receipt is issued ...this small malfunction is gonna leave a lot of customers unprotected I won't be the only victim if this is not fixed because this guy is a regular at this store ~Odessa

This place has always been fine for my family. We all have accounts here and the service is exactly as you would expect. On paydays, Fridays/Saturdays, it is busy, seems like everyone has a small window to get their banking done. Any other time is fairly quick and easy. They require masks, and people who are tossing low ratings for that are objectively rotten people who want to put you and yours at risk, if they follow through and stop bringing their money to this bank, it will be all the better for it. It’s a shopping center bank branch, working people working, and dealing with other working people. Don’t expect 5th avenue banking, but it does the job and does it well. ~Ben
