This was a great experience. Armando helped me in the Deli department. We ordered 3 platters of food. It was good, although we ordered the chicken platter and the chicken was cold. I thought it would be warm. Armando was so nice though. Great customer service. He was professional and courteous. One other thing I have to say. When I paid for the food Lidia checked me out. She was conversating with a co-worker which caused a mistake to be made with my checkout, which slowed down the line and the lady behind me became annoyed. She was pleasant though. Thank you and God bless you.

Shelf's were empty, meat was empty, dates on bread were almost expired. The whole store and one cashier was open.

I come here every Sunday and I get everything I need and want. I'm sure there are other stores that have good deals but this store gives me a peace of mind. Highly recommend

Never enough lanes open! 10 am . 15 people in line including self serve. Two lanes. Truly sucks. Don't comment now. Do so after you fix it.

AIbertsons is ALWAYS well stocked, neat and clean. The employees are ALWAYS very friendly, helpful and professional. My experience has always been that if there are more than 3 or 4 customers in a lane to check out. They will open another register to help with the over flow. (Of course during the pandemic. The lines were long. However, the lines were long everywhere). Some items are a little pricey at times but the overall stress free experience is well worth it and them some. I've been shopping at Albertsons for over 25 years. It's still my number one go to for grocery shopping. Job well done Albertsons!!

My first day visit to this store was astounding. I met 2 of the shelf packers, and they welcomed me to Lancaster with open arms. One older guy was ready to marry me off another younger team member. He encouraged me to visit again, and to enjoy my stay. Sadly, I never saw the older guy again , my visits to the store was 2-3 times per week even while I faced the tiring long distance from my hotel to the store in the blaring sun on my skin. I liked the store's layout. However, I have a few draw backs; no Caribbean foods, limited ready to go meats in the hot/cold food area. I prefer roasted turkey or Boars head Honey-glazed Turkey, baked chicken, especially the wings, lamb sirloin/raw/barbecued- the store only prepares beef/pork cuts. The store should make an effort to package portions of produce/meats/cuts suitable for single individuals/and hotel stay over business individuals. Lastly,I wished they had joined partnership with the hotel to transport us to the store to shop. I was disappointed that they didn't package 1/2 dozen eggs, they only packaged a dozen and more eggs in a tray.

There's a lot of good deals going on in Albertsons for the July fourth weekend the store is very clean we decided to get the fried chicken for dinner it was very good kind of pricey that's why I like $5 Fridays

The selection is decent and the prices aren't bad, but hands down the worst rotisserie chicken I've ever had. And they definitely need more check stands open. I waited 10 minutes in line before they opened another register. Thankfully the checker was fast and friendly. Otherwise this would be a one star review. Edit: now that the holidays are over the crowds are more manageable. I've raised the review one star because their selection is quite good. I've found lots of healthy snacks I didn't think they'd have. They're sushi is actually good compared to other stores and if you can get it when it's half off it's a great deal. Self checkout is slower and less convenient than going through a check stand. Frustrating. Chicken still sucks.

I love this store, I do. However, they never have enough lanes open. Today they had 2 lanes open as usual (one wasn't moving because a customer had left to go find something last minute) and the lines wrapped around into the isle(s). Super long. I have a bad knee and recently had surgery on it and I am able to move fine, however I can’t stand too long and I had my baby with me… I decided to go to the 15 or less since there was only 1 person in line versus the other 2 lanes that were super long and I had maybe 20-30 items: fruit, veggies, and a few yogurts. The cashier, Dave B. (that’s the name on my receipt) made a comment to me- “I see we have more than 15 items?” And I said, “yes I do, I apologize”. He replies- “you need to apologize to the people still waiting in line, not me”… ummm exactly… you said it yourself… “still waiting in line”… that should be a hint to open more registers OR! since you don’t have people in your lane, offer people waiting in line to come to your check stand? Just an idea… Help out your coworkers with the line and help the customers in line to minimize stress on both ends.

Way to expensive on everything. Example, in one month the dog treats i buy went from 12.00 to 17.99. Prices range from .50 more to 1.50 for each item. The only shopping I do there is just to pick up something quick, never do a full shopping trip. The cashiers are rude. Seem to always be in a bad mood. Just wonder why Albertsons think their so great, when its just the opposite. In this current economy its time they get a clue.
