EDIT: Went there December 9 2019. It looked like it was closed down. Possibly gone for good. Phone is disconnected. I'll just echo what others have said: tastes decent, workers come in and leave when they feel like it. The hours signage is for approximation.

This place is ridiculous. I have been here, about, 10 times during their "business hours" and no one is ever here. Today, I called the number before hand and was told, with attitude, that they were open. 5 minutes later I walk in and there is a sign that they are closed and at lunch. I definitely understand that the employee needs a lunch, but I should have been told that they were out for lunch, not that they were open. So I called backed, no answer. Then they callede back. Long story, short: I got argued with about how they are always open during business hours and were open today but the employee was at lunch (see picture, sign says "CLOSED for lunch"). Then she told me that had the right to refuse service to me, which is true, but their reasoning is ridiculous. I was a loyal customer with the previous owner and have been trying to be with them but they definitely burned that bridge by being disrespectful liars.

5 stars for attention. I work at CaliSwirl and recently we had to let go of other workers cause of the winter time not making enough sales. If anyone is curious to why we haven’t been open on some days that’s why, I am the only worker and if we don’t make sales we close early. Remember this is a small shop, we are not under Albertsons and we are not a corporate place, my boss has to pay rent to keep it running. With that being said thank you to all of our loyal customers for being understanding and for coming back! We really appreciate you.

It’s pretty bad! I didn’t like that my milk tea was blended without asking, that’s a first. There was only 1 worker so I waited in line and for my drink like 15 minutes. I was so unsatisfied with the taste I couldn't finish it, way too sweet. Tapioca balls weren't very good. If you want really good boba and a great experience go to Boba cove.

It's alright. I got boba and it's just flavoring powder and ice with tapioca pearls. I really miss real fresh smoothies.

I got the Taro Boba. Not the most authentic Boba Tea I’ve had, but it tasted pretty good and is one of the few I’ve found in Lancaster.

Hours indicated are incorrect. By a lot. Owner shows up "whenever he wants" according to Albertsons staff. Drinks are great, but you can't have them if they're not open, I tried 3 times. Really poor business practice. Lost a customer to boba cove, which is open. Boo.

It was so good! I went and I was so surprised on how amazingly good it was. And they were so friendly. I am definitely going back.

I am a big fan of boba spots in LA, San Diego, and Las Vegas but I am very unhappy with this place. Wayyyyy too syrup-like. Also, the ice cream tasted like your standard mass produced grocery store bought fare. It was also a bit icy. Yuck!!! Sorry but this business would never survive in the city of LA and the surrounding area.
