About a month ago, I purchased a necklace along with the warranty. Two weeks ago, I accidentally popped the chain so I took the necklace in for repair. The sales associate that helped me seemed very happy to do so. I was surprised that the time for repair seemed a little long, but I received an email two days early to let me know that my jewelry was ready to be picked up. Today when I went in to pick it up, I was helped by Kyoko, who is the same young woman that sold me the necklace. She is very professional and exceedingly friendly, and she made my experience with Kay Jewelers a positive one. All of the cases were stocked with unique pieces and the store was clean. The prices for different pieces I asked to look at were reasonable. I don’t ever wear jewelry, but have decided to start. I will definitely be shopping here again in the near future. I highly recommend Kay Jewelers to anyone looking for a little something extra or for jewelry as a gift to someone they love.

My ring has been at the repair center for almost FOUR weeks. I dropped it off at the Azalea Square store on July 6th, it was supposed to be back on July 22nd. It needed to be re-dipped and the solder repaired. The design center reached out to the store and it took someone two weeks to reach out to me about the design center request, and then respond back to the design center. I've been promised TWO return dates by the store since then, no ring yet. Customer service tried to call [the store] today to find out what is going on. No answer, so an email was sent and I was told it would take 3 days for them to respond back. Not happening. I'm taking my happy butt to the store tomorrow because every answer I get is very vague. WHERE IS MY RING? Am I getting my ring back or did it get 'lost'? Stolen? The appraisal on the ring was also ridiculous and I almost laughed when the lady told me. My husband and I have shopped at Kay's since 2008, but this may be it. I'm so irritated and really don't know what's going on or why NO ONE can give me an answer on my ring and when it will be back. This is absurd.

Came in to buy a gold necklace and bracelet for over 8k cash would not even address me I will go to a real jewelry shop that greats you with enthusiasm and offers you a drink. this was gross customer service definitely the dollar general of jewelry

Great selection. Good pricing We received good service until we got to the cash register and turned down the additional service plan I do not know what incentives they offer for sales people and managers to push service plans but they were literally not going to size the $2500 ring I had just purchased unless I paid an additional fee since I opted out of the service plan. And they were downsizing and not adding gold. They only agreed after 5 minutes and me canceling the sale to size the ring.

The ladies at Kay's Jewelers made me feel like a and I was just there for an ear piercing lol. They were so sweet and complimentary. I had to wait about 20 minutes to get my piercing (not a problem at all) because the licensed ear piercer was helping another customer via phone. Another associate came and cleaned my rings and chatted with me while I waited. They were super inviting and fun to be around. Customer service was top notch.

I just have to say how wonderful of an experience I had shopping this location for remembrance gifts for my sisters after my mother passed. Sheila, Reba and Krystal were so helpful with picking out the perfect Locketts for them and ordering them for me . I could not have done it without there help and want to make sure they know it. Went to store to get ring sized and purchase warranty. Had issue with Credit card. Was advised to call customer service. I asked was she sure they was open. She stated yes. She even mentioned maybe I hadn't paid my credit card bill. Which I felt was very unprofessional. Credit card department closed on Sunday. Spent an hour on the phn. On Monday I called corporate to advised of my unhappy experience. They explained store associates have a special number they can call for credit cards issues. Still had to return on Monday hoping for a better experience.
