Miranda was the name of the salesperson that helped me on April 24th and she was awesome!! She took the time to rearrange my 3 bracelets and necklace, she also explained the purpose of the clips on the bracelets, she talked about the cleaning methods too. I was at this store September 11,2019. Customer service was awesome . We were greeted at the door., shown the items that I wanted to purchase.. What I liked the best is that they had all the Charleston charms on one bracelet. Highly recommend if you are in the area.

I visited this location on January 15 and was treated very poorly. I was there to request a refund for an item purchased during the Christmas holidays. I was told by the sales associate that they could do an exchange but not a return of funds to my Pandora credit card. I asked why they would not be willing to do a refund and was told by Jennifer Boling (the owner), that her store was independently owned and that she did not have to do a refund. I asked if that was a Pandora policy or her policy and she stated that it was a Pandora policy that "purchased items could only be refunded by the store in which it was originally purchased." I asked if there was another Pandora store in the area and she rudely responded, "yes, in Mt. Pleasant and I own that one too." She then refused to comment any further, other than to say that she would not issue a refund. I left the store and immediately contacted the Charlotte, NC store where the item was originally purchased and spoke with the store manager named Jonathan who informed me that as of January 1, 2019 Pandora's policy states customers can return any purchased item to any Pandora store location as long as they have the original receipt and within the allotted return time specified on the that receipt. In my case I had until January 26 to return the item so I was well within the time frame. The manager from the Charlotte location (Jonathan) even went a step further and contacted Ms. Boling to inquire about her reason for not issuing the refund, in his words, "thinking she may not have been aware of the policy change in January 2019" and she stated that she was aware of the policy but would still not issue a refund. I do not live in the Charleston area, but was there visiting this beautiful city and was shocked by the rude behavior, attitude and tone from Ms. Boling. I have visited and made many purchases from multiple Pandora locations (Los Angeles, San Diego, San Francisco, Charlotte and Atlanta) and have never received such poor service. Hopefully this is not how Pandora wants to be represented. I have filed a Consumer Affairs Complaint with Pandora and I'm awaiting their response.

Pattie was so nice and helpful and really took the time to help us! She put different charms on our bracelets so we could see how they would look and she took the time to educate us on the clips and why we need them. She was very patient and showed us every charm we asked to see and did not rush us. The store was also very clean and organized. It was a great experience from start to finish!

I am not certain why anyone would consider this store anything less than stellar. I have frequented several Pandora stores and this has to be one of the best in terms of customer service and friendliness. Sylvia, Stephanie, and a Melinda are top notch employees and humans. I live four hours away and would drive here just for the experience!
