These guys were open after the the Tristate rodeo expecting some business. Just about out everyone else was closed including McDonald's and Burgerking. The lady at the window was very polite.

Food is always fresh service doesn't take all day either. Prices are becoming more reasonable again.

We had a group of youth and adults visiting across the river in Nauvoo and needed 200 box lunches. These folks did a WONDERFUL job! The subs were ready on time, perfectly made and the owner helped load my car! Super great people!

I decided to order 4 subs for lunch totaling 58 dollars,I ordered 2 grilled ham and cheese melts, they were suposed to be grilled but they were very soggy. I was also missing a bag of chips when I contacted subway and spoke with Tabitha she was extremely rude and aggressive and told me that she has nothing to do with the delivery service. And that if i wanted them to remake the subs and to pick up the bag of chips I would have to come into the store but I just spent 15 dollars in delivery fee. Horrible customer service, definitely will not bee eating at this subway again, I would not recommend it to anybody

I don’t ever complain but this is ridiculous!!! This subway is horrible about online and drive through orders!!!! I took another chance and ordered online tonight and again they mess it up. Ordered extra on all veggies I like, I got none of 2 and very little of the other 3. Is 2 slivers of onion extra onion? Shouldn't extra lettuce at least cover the sandwich??? When you go in and order you have to ask for extra of everything because they will literally put a pinch of lettuce on and if you ask for anything like green pepper you will get 1 to 2 slivers. This subway is worse than McDonald’s and Burger King on messing up orders. Not a single online or drive through order I have gotten has been correct.

Went and got a protein bowl and a couple of wraps. The works were really friendly and made everything right. They were very engaging. The store was clean also.

The last give or take, 5 experiences I've had here were absolutely horrible! Messed up orders, the quality of the items were poor.. a couple times the lady was mean about me having to come back in and complain because of their screw up. I will NOT ear here every again!!

We went to the Subway in Ft Madison Iowa Saturday. I wanted a chopped salad. I was informed that they "don't do that anymore.". Did not cut the veggies...put each veggie in a corner..no mixing in a little bowl. No mixing the dressing. I asked how I was supposed to eat it ? Was basically told that It was not their problem. Will not ever go back

Would be a 1 star but the bread was amazing. Asked loudly for cheddar cheese (since the music was loud), they put shredded cheese on it. Then they Made a stink when I said I didn't want shredded cheese. Then they Tried putting the cheddar on top of the shredded cheese. I said no thanks and then got grilled on why I didn't like shredded cheese, because after all - part of it is cheddar... Then the Employees complained how they would automatically decide to select shredded cheese if someone asked for cheddar. I asked if I could get the cheddar or not? Jeebus kryst I thought the sammich artists mad the subs the way the customer wanted not the way they wanted. When my family and I finally got the food we got to hear them complain loudly about how they were forced to "eat here and only subway food". Holy hell, if you hate your job, quit and save customers from hearing about it all. The atmosphere was wierd. The muisac shifted from Halloween music to 2016 to 80s synth pop... odd as heck...
