Denmark residents were notified by the FM office 7 months ago, our addresses would be changing. We had the option for rural or post office delivery. Every one is still getting wrong mail, with both delivery methods. There are now duplicate FM residents (located in FM and Denmark). Every one that calls FM is told we can't have the person name that screwed up our addresses and made delivery worse.

Package tracking said it was delivered and it never was. Had to pay for postage because they had to forward a package they delivered to the wrong address.

They do their job correctly and are very helpful in showing several different ways to ship your packages. The price for me to ship 4 medium sized boxes was less than I had expected!

I remember what time I get my mail and I would get it before I go to work but now I have to watch for my mail to come and run late for work. My paychecks come through the mail because of the job I am doing is having problems with direct deposit it's pretty bad when you are expecting something in the mail and they take there sweet time to get it to you

Refused to send mail to us because of a dog a couple blocks up but yet they would give it to our neighbors and ask to pet our dog when he was outside.

They refuse to deliver mail constantly. We bought a PO box but they still keep losing my drivers ID I have had to go to Dmv constantly. Since they everytime send it back. At Dmv they even smack talk how bad the postal is. Today the woman marked on my package slip that I wasn't home when I've been waiting for this package and waved at her from porch. Waiting for the classic walk up sign a slip and leave, nope...she marked I wasn't home and can't get my stuff till tommrow.

I do a lot of ordering online and my packages are always delivered on time and in a safe manner. I am also on online seller and do a lot of shipping through this post office, I've never had a problem with them & the staff is very friendly! Anytime I've got questions on anything they are very helpful!

Told me my house was abandoned,when my husband was fighting for his life in IA city hospital. Even tho we had a house sitter there with our dogs . because no one answered the door. Made me bring house taxes and I'd to post office to prove we lived there. Had to leave my sick husband come back home and do this to get our mail. Just because no one answered door. Wow this was 2 years ago .

Their delivery is pathetic. Twice in the last 2 weeks I've been expecting an Amazon delivery & mail carrier notified Amazon that they couldn't deliver the packages because they couldn't find a safe place to leave it. Well considering the 1st time they were holding our mail due to our vacation & this time I put a note on the door saying, please leave package on unlocked inside porch. Guess the Post office nor my porch are considered secure????? Last year we had over 2 dozen days when mail wasn't delivered on our street. I gave up trying to ask why-always the same old BS story. If you want service don't send anything through this post office!!!!

I just drove past the local post office to find the flag flying in its usual position. When I called to ask why it hadn't been lowered to half staff in honor of the mass shooting victims in Orlando, Fla. I was informed this is a decision directed from corporate through email. This is an email to call out what a shame that is that local individuals cannot act out of mercy without being directed from elsewhere to do so. Shameful.
