KFC has raised their prices. They were out of what we wanted. People were waiting quite a while for their food. They no longer have green beans or baked beans and ran out of sweet tea.

I just went there and they messed everything up my Mac and cheese isn't Nashville and I even told them it wasn't and they ignored it and gave me 2 pieces of chicken and it's cold

Can't make a chicken sandwich. I get the bubble guts every time. I don't go here for anything KFC. I go here for Taco Bell they do all right. Joe is always looking out for me though. He makes sure my stuff is done right.

The drive thru lady is always so nice to me! She satisfied my needs when I asked for sauces or napkins that they might have forgotten and made sure everything was in there for me. She is the younger one with brown and some blonde strips in her hair. She always makes my day when I come through the drive through and half the time is the only one that is doing anything! Very nice young women.

Slow wait times at window, ordered the 20.00 meal pack, asked for 1/2 original, and 1/2 extra crispy, only got the original, and no mashed potatoes that was supposed to come with the meal. Not happy!!

Soggy undercooked breading on the chicken, lobby is filthy, was gonna dine in but no clean tables, got home after waiting for 20 minutes to get my order to find that one container of my mashed taters was completely busted open. The bag was carried gently by myself so I know it did not happen after leaving the store. Customer is very poor. This is the last chance they're getting from me. I will drive to Keokuk KFC to get great customer service and great food.
