Poor service. This is the third-fourth package they have not delivered and have yet to leave a slip saying they missed me. I only know I missed my package because I got a text from the company I ordered it from saying “usps delivery attempt failed” when I was in fact HOME the entire time...

I have trouble with this post office and it's carriers. They refuse to pick up scheduled packages and when I have called, I've been lied to on numerous accounts about why. Time sensitive certified mail that was supposed to be delivered to our front door wasn't and the notice was deposited into our mailbox instead. I was home all day and they never knocked or rang the door bell. Even when the carrier was at the facility they refused to allow me my mail until the next day despite it being their issue. This resulted in a lot of headache and financial strain. I'm not sure what can be done but I feel very frustrated trying to use them. At our last residence, we have wonderful service and really respectful carriers so I don't understand the difference. It's very frustrating

I hope one day they privatize the post office. It seems every time I get something shipped to me by U.P.S. or FedEx it arrives on time, but EVERY TIME I get something shipped to me by this garbage institution there are always problems...
