My aunt passed recently in the Hampton, VA area. Meanwhile, I'm residing in Tokyo, Japan. Once I learned who to buy flowers from in the area and what funeral home to have them delivered to, it was Sunday for me abroad. The service was on Tuesday. I was worried about a few things. Will they have the stock I want available on short notice, and am I ordering too late, and will they be delivered on time? The communication I started via email with Jeff's Flowers was smooth, as was the payment transaction and delivery. The flowers were hand-delivered on the day of service and set up beautifully behind the altar. I'm giving Jeff's Flowers five stars for their wide selection and customer service.

Beautiful flowers, my girl friend loved them. I ordered them on their website at 11:18am they were delivered at 1pm!! Super fast, absolutely wonderful service! Thank you!

Jeff’s provided just what we wanted and needed for our mama’s celebration of life. He knew just what we were asking and did not disappoint. The spray was very uplifting and non-funeral in lovely color and abundant fresh flowers.

A special thank you to Okie, who made my out of state experience so wonderful. I had the heart breaking need to place an order for a local funeral. Okie's friendly & professional manner put be right at ease. Jeff's floral crew did not disappoint! I asked for a Peace Lily plant & a mason jar with Sunflowers & filler. I even called back & asked if a butterfly could be added. The floral arrangement was just what I envisioned & it put a smile on my friends face which, was greatly needed. Thank you so much! I appreciate you & wish your shop lots of future success.

Ordered the Deluxe Blooming Dish Garden for my mother-in-law. Per the description: "Bring a touch of natural beauty into your home or office with our Blooming Dish Garden! This lush array of live plants overflows its basket, rich with life! Consists of two blooming plants and three tropical plants which can be replanted and continue growing. This miniature garden is the perfect gift to lift someone's spirits, and makes an excellent addition to a home or office! Two live blooming plants and two live tropical plants are delivered in a unique, earthy planter." It did have some live tropical plants but it had SILK flowers, not real live blooming ones. They had my contact information but didn't reach out to ask if silk flowers were an acceptable substitute. I would have said no and asked for other live plant options. My mother-in-law was surprised when she received her gift that it had fake flowers mixed in. Especially coming from Jeff's Flowers which is a very reputable florist in her area. I know there are supply chain issues affecting everyone's businesses these days. But all it takes it a phone call to make the customer aware of the issue. I'm giving it two stars because she said she liked the arrangement. I'm frustrated about the false advertising, the cost, and the lack of transparency. And it's kind of embarrassing to say, hey, happy birthday, here are some fake flowers. Luckily my mother-in-law is super awesome and was cool about it.

Absolutely perfect experience from order to delivery. My mother-in-law was extremely happy to receive her flowers, chocolate, and balloon. She showed me a picture and everything was on point, I'm extremely impressed, especially because the weather outside is terrible today that everything was delivered in perfect order. I spoke to a young lady on the phone yesterday and she was so kind and helpful, I truly appreciated her taking time to help even though I know she must have been very busy. Overall I'm just so pleased, I would highly recommend Jeff's Flowers and they will be my go-to florist from now on.

I loved working with Jeff's Flowers on March 20th, 2020 for the Tisdel's wedding! Flowers can really make or break the ambiance of a wedding day, and Jeff's made sure to create stunning work! As a wedding photographer, I really appreciate the mix of rich colors/textures and Jeff's attention to detail in their craft that made for beautiful pieces to be included during portraits.

I emailed with Page at Jeff's flowers just 2 weeks prior to my wedding for a last minute flower plan for bride's bouquet, 2 bridesmaids, small bouquet for toss, and 2 boutonnieres. I emailed her pictures of what I had in mind, we reviewed more info over the phone, and all was set! They delivered from Newport News to Virginia beach the day of my wedding - flowers delivered early and came in a great box that was easy to transport with each bouquet in glass vase of flowers. They were absolutely everything I wanted and more. I am SO incredibly impressed and will forever recommend them anytime I see someone asking for recommendations!!
