They make customers wear masks even though it was ruled unconstitutional by the NY Supreme Court and Nassau County executive Bruce Blakeman signed an executive order on 1/6/22 that this unconstitutional mandate will NOT be enforced in Nassau county.. They hand you a mask to wear as if you're supposed to put a piece of cloth that could have been on the floor or on someone else's face onto your own face. Very disrespectful. I asked them what their policy entails regarding medical exemptions and they were unable to answer. They're enforcing a mandate they don't even know. I guess they openly discriminate against disabled people. Meanwhile half the staff here has their masks half way off their face. How does any of these make sense? This is the ONLY business I have ever entered that does this in Nassau County. This must be the only RSB that enforces this policy as I frequent the Queens locations weekly and NEVER wore a mask. Actually I sat down with the Manager Nicole Papapietro 2 weeks ago and she never asked me to wear a mask. As a long time customer, I canceled all of my accounts here and went down the street to TD bank instead. No one asked anyone to wear a mask. I will also look elsewhere for my mortgage I was working on with RSB. They will never get me or my families business again.
