Clean nice store. A little smaller than some other food city locations but super nice. I love this place, it’s typically less crowded than some of the other stores which is nice.

This was my first time at this location, and I must say that I was very impressed. Tyler was very helpful helping me find shaved beef, and, Ethan was very nice and neat. Both of these young men are the pictures of success. Chris (Store Manager) was also very nice when I called to complement his store. Food City is very fortunate to have all of them working for their company.

New to the area, and having to familiarize my self with regional stores. Food city is a nice grocery store 😀 Reminds me of a Publix back home. They have fresh made sushi, a cafe, and bakery to die for! Staff was friendly and helpful, store was clean. Definitely made me a customer! 👍

This is my store but because of quality of customer service I goto Euclid. Does not seem standardized floor plan. And I've had one too many bad experienced with mgr Marcus. Not very friendly. Makes me wonder if he is racist. After my experience at bonhams today I believe I may have to consider finding new store

Always well lit and clean with things easy to find. You can tell they really take pride in their store.

They pick and choose who they ID. Based on no known logic. Definitely will not be going back.

I’ve shopped at the Euclid Ave location for years with zero issues and decided to stop at the Bonham location out of convenience recently. I should of just used the few extra minutes and few extra miles to go to Euclid Ave. After spending $175 on diapers, hygiene items, and a stuffed narwhal we had a very inappropriate encounter while leaving the self-checkout area. While I was checking out an employee asked me if I knew my daughter had the narwhal and if it had been scanned. I told her yes and went about my business not really thinking anything of it. As we are getting ready to leave the store the employee reached down into the car my daughter was sitting in and took the stuffed narwhal out of my daughters hand. As this point my daughter is clearly upset, because some stranger took her toy. I’m upset, because a stranger got close enough to my daughter to actually grab something out of her hand. I took the narwhal back and told the woman that it had already been paid for. Then the store employee goes and gossips to a group of more store employees about the situation. I’m fed up at this point and approached the group of employees and presented the receipt to prove that I had indeed paid for the $6.99 narwhal. I will not return to Bonham Road Food City. Employees need to be told not to touch other peoples children, grab things out of people’s hands, or be that close to other people’s children during the middle of a pandemic. Is a $6.99 narwhal really worth all of that?

I don't go to this store very often so I had a hard time finding the half dozen items I needed to grab. Finally found all but one, so I will go to the Kingsport store I usually shop at to get it. Store seemed clean and well stocked.

A bit pricey but always well stocked, clean and organized. Large selection in floral, deli/bakery and beer departments.

A good and friendly store to go to helpful staff very clean their store and a company that cares about and supports the community their employees are encouraged to do volunteer things for the community the company and individual stores give back to the community they are a true company that likes to help those in need the stores themselves are stocked very well local grown produce which is great their company that supports NASCAR and other Motorsports events they support other locally turn sporting events and things in the communities where their stores are located I was able to find a lot of items that was not able to and some of the bigger names stores we use Food City when were down in the Bristol area because we're able to find a lot of items that we cannot and other stores we've always had good interaction with the staff and they're very helpful they wanted to help load the groceries in your car they are friendly and they go by the old ways of saying friendly and helpful to all of their customers the prices are very reasonable and competitive to the other stores find me a local produce is very good cuz that help support the farmers that are local we highly recommend if you give them a try if you come by a Food City wherever you might find one
