The exam was fine and I was happy with my glasses, at first. However, they do not honor the promise to repair glasses free of cost. They tried to charge me $80 to replace a lens. That's more than I paid for the pair! I expected to pay a fee but that is outrageous. Save yourself the frustration and just order your glasses online. ~Shonda

Cheapest gas around and we appreciate it. Great place to watch traffic. People doing their own thing is something to watch. We stopped to fill up and we were amazed! Special thanks to the three cars that passed us and gave us a nasty look like we shot their dog. Next time look at the one way sign. You were going the wrong way when you snarled at me. It seems like a good inventory up front but a lot of the food is expired and they don't even list the price of most of inventory, you can only find out what it costs by buying it, and even then most of the time they're just pulling a random number out of thin air. I've never gone without feeling ripped off, a gas station is a better bet ~Ava

What can you say about Dollar general that hasn't been thought a million times. Walking through the front doors is like being transported into a heavenly universe. Your eyes are met on all sides by a whirlwind of color in amazement. The cool air brushes your skin as well as fills your lungs and revives you and brushes away the world-weariness. So far my experience has been great. Jake was patient & personable with answering my many questions about the phone & service I purchased. I had an issue with transferring my phone # so I went back the next day & Josh immediately checked with previous carrier & t mobile. He had it transferred while I was there. I want to begin by saying these are very polite people. However, I brought my son's flute in for a repair and we are extremely frustrated. We got it back today. While in band class (the first time it was touched since getting it back from the shop), some of the notes did not play! Firstly, we took it in for a soldering job. Secondly, the receipt says it was test played to be sure the notes all played correctly! There is no way it was test played. We paid $88 to have the flute returned to us in worse condition. My son's band teacher is going to talk to the guy tomorrow. I will update with the outcome and let everyone know if he does the right thing or not. ~Jayden
