I want to begin by saying these are very polite people. However, I brought my son's flute in for a repair and we are extremely frustrated. We got it back today. While in band class (the first time it was touched since getting it back from the shop), some of the notes did not play! Firstly, we took it in for a soldering job. Secondly, the receipt says it was test played to be sure the notes all played correctly! There is no way it was test played. We paid $88 to have the flute returned to us in worse condition. My son's band teacher is going to talk to the guy tomorrow. I will update with the outcome and let everyone know if he does the right thing or not. ~Jayden
