So far my experience has been great. Jake was patient & personable with answering my many questions about the phone & service I purchased. I had an issue with transferring my phone # so I went back the next day & Josh immediately checked with previous carrier & t mobile. He had it transferred while I was there. He & Jake are valuable impressive employees!

Select your rating I spent a relatively short period of time at the T-Mobile Store at 3177 Linden Dr Ste 1-2, in Bristol, VA this morning. (8/15/21) I was waited on by Jake, who showed knowledge about what I was searching for. He quickly was able to open an account for me and transfer my information from my old phone to the new one. It was the quickest, easiest phone network transfer with the addition of my wife's and my new phones. I give this store and Jake 5 stars. I highly recommend!

All the sales associates at this store are friendly and helpful. Special thanks to Matt who provided great service. I wanted to join a family plan with a member who lives at a distance. This process would have been straightforward online, but due to time constraints we needed to accomplish the set-up and equipment purchase in-store. This required several steps that Matt had to research and accomplish and he did so with cheerfulness and perseverance. He also graciously complied with my request to be masked due to my personal Covid-19 concerns. I had been with another carrier since the 1990s, so changing was a big step for me, and once the details were ironed out, all went smoothly. I look forward to my association with T-Mobile.

These guys treated me like royalty. Their Manager, Stephanie, has formed a completely cohesive team at this store. Jake helped me through all the obstacles encountered in replacing my lost phone. He and Stephanie's customer service skills are, without a doubt, the best I have ever encountered! All of the employees here are super friendly. This store should be the standard TMobile stores aspire to.

I spoke to the store manager about holding a smart watch for me to pick up in about 2 hours. She said they had one left and she would hold it for me in the back. Got to the store, and it was really busy, both assistants working had customers and myself and another couple were waiting. I didn't mind waiting. It ended up being 30 minutes before I got to speak to someone. Now, during this time, the assistant named Matthew went into the back and came out with a watch to sell the couple he was helping. When I got to the other assistant, he went into the back and brought out a different watch than the one promised. He thought he made a mistake so he called his supervisor. She told him that she had put back the watch and it was the right one. It was at this point that the guy named Matthew said he just sold the last one. So basically what this guy did was go in the back and take the watch that had my name on it and sell it to another customer. I have never been so mad and upset in my life!!!!!

Switched from Sprint to T- Mobile, everything got messed up.I had no service, on the second day of going back to the store with no service my problem could not be fixed that day either. Was basically told to wait or go find another service.

The worst customer service ever! This is a third party retail store and they do not care of you buy there or not. They were so rude that after being a sp ry int customer for 11 years I walked out.
