Incompetence at it's best! Now it is a sit at wait to see if my bill is corrected after showing I bought and activated a watch which never touched my wrist! ***UPDATE*** YES! I had to go back to the store, my bill was WRONG, THEY DID CHARGE FOR THIS WATCH. Verizon billing FINALLY CREDITED THE "ACTIVATION" fee for the NEVER TOUCHED WATCH, BUT REFUSED TO CREDIT THE TAX FOR THE NEVER USED SERVICE AND ACTIVATION!!! The in store Assistant Manager had to use a store (or his personal) card to pay the taxes for a purchase NEVER MADE!!!

My phone was lost/stolen where I live in north Myrtle Beach. 4 trips to Verizon there and they couldn't retrieve my contact info and I was told it could not be done. Came up here to Bristol, where I had bought my missing phone from Jordan in June. (Who was also wonderful! ) This time I was blessed to meet Chance McQueen. Such a nice young man and had my contacts and all cloud info restored in no time. Can't say enough good things about him and this store. If I have any other problems I will drive the 400 miles back to Bristol to tis store!! .

Hannah is amazing. I'd recently bought a phone the day before from another representative. I came in because I had locked myself out of my phone. Hannah took the time to help me unlock my phone and get all my information back on the phone. Best experience I've had in a long time at the Verizon store.

My finger slipped while trying to screenshot something & suddenly I was locked out of my phone. I'd had it over 4 years & never experienced this problem. I went to the store the next morning & explained what had happened. The girl working checked out the phone, pulled up my account, looked up the issue & had it fixed in a minute. She explained what had happened & gave me instructions on how to fix it if it ever happened again. She also looked up the 2 more recent versions of my phone, explained the differences & showed me the display models in the store. I was there less than 15 minutes. It was the best experience I'd had in any cell phone store ever! She was amazing!!! I would DEFINITELY recommend this location!
