I visited this Sam's on 9/9/2022. The store was really cluttered. Also needed to use the restroom and it was absolutely filthy. Walls in stalls had not been wiped in months. Floor had not been moped as well. It was just plain nasty and other ladies were discussing the lack of cleanliness also. Needs a good cleaning. I hope I never need to use this restroom again. You can do much better than this!

I pay a lot of money for Business club membership. Shipping is supposed to be free, just tried to charge me $10 for water that costs less than. $5. Nothing heavy - charcoal, dog food- was available for Shipping. Figure it out or you will lose a long term customer. Been a member for a long time, moved here and the nearest is 30 to 40 minutes away. Another customer nailed it on the checking of the carts. Only white people's carts are scrutinized.

We shop here from food to appliances, paper products home & Business, even purchased a Seely bed set a while back. Seems to be managed very well, always clean, staff is courteous and if you are around there during lunch time, the Pizza Combo and Yogurt is the most affordable in town. I personally love plums and find their fruit is Very Fresh! (A+ to this establishment.)

I have been coming here for many many years I am so disappointed in this place it is not even funny. if you have a car with the gas tank on the passenger side everyone else is allowed to either overstretch the pump or get into the lane that is made for a gas tank on the passenger side so we are waiting twice as long and of course the pump for the right side gas tank is always broken. Nobody enforces the correct flow of traffic, there’s gonna be a huge accident out there or someone us going to get into a ridiculous fight. Please sort it out!!!!!!

Disappointed and frustrated in trying for 24 hours with no one answering customer service line. Finally asked bakery to transfer me but no answer...anyone know if $8 membership offered this week? Pleased to add that i finally called a non local corporate 800 number and asked if all Sam 's were offering the limited time membership deal. The closest Sam 's is half an hour away and did not want to leave it to chance. They assured me the $8 deal was on for a few more days everywhere. Have to say the store was clean, well stocked, nicer than expected. Service and employees great.

Sams club is always a fantastic place to buy in bulk. Also, Sam’s offers the cheapest but best quality gasoline in Greenville area.

Visited today first time doing the grocery pick up highly recommend! The person who loaded my groceries did fantastic job better then anywhere else! I also went inside to get a Rotisserie chicken, a girl up front got me right to a fast line, and the cashier who rang me up! Was super kind and attentive. Best customer service I have experienced since moving to Greenville in almost 3 yrs!

Sam's Club is a Sams Club they push products through that the customers enjoy, products that customers will not buy they discount and never restock it again. And the great thing about Sam's Club is you can get a big slice of pizza and a drink for little of nothing. They even offer a family meal including a large pizza breadsticks cookies 6 pack of soda.
