I came in last year to begin shopping and researching the different mowers John Deere had to offer. I met Shane that afternoon and discussed with him the mowers I was interested in. Perhaps the part of my process that stuck out the most was that Shane never pushed a sale and also never tried selling me the most expensive mower they had or that I was interested in. I originally wanted the X758 due to the reliability of the diesel John Deere mowers, however, Shane explained the life expectancy and service records of the 300 and 500 series along with their warranty periods.
Last week, Shane was able to locate an X590 for me and again went above and beyond to ensure it was ready for service. Even after all of the work he had put in at getting it to Winterville, he never pushed for me to buy it and made sure I was completely satisfied with it before we signed the paperwork.
