I came in last year to begin shopping and researching the different mowers John Deere had to offer. I met Shane that afternoon and discussed with him the mowers I was interested in. Shane took the time to break down the specs each series had and what was practical for me. We ultimately decided on the X590. Shane went above and beyond throughout my purchase process and was always willing to answer any questions that I had. His knowledge of the different individual mowers in each series was phenomenal and when speaking with him you can see that he knows the ins and outs of each mower John Deere has to offer. Perhaps the part of my process that stuck out the most was that Shane never pushed a sale and also never tried selling me the most expensive mower they had or that I was interested in. I originally wanted the X758 due to the reliability of the diesel John Deere mowers, however, Shane explained the life expectancy and service records of the 300 and 500 series along with their warranty periods. Last week, Shane was able to locate an X590 for me and again went above and beyond to ensure it was ready for service. Even after all of the work he had put in at getting it to Winterville, he never pushed for me to buy it and made sure I was completely satisfied with it before we signed the paperwork. If you want a knowledgeable and down to earth salesman, go see Shane. He is a wealth of knowledge and a pleasure to do business with! ~Craig

I visited this Sam's on 9/9/2022. The store was really cluttered. Also needed to use the restroom and it was absolutely filthy. Walls in stalls had not been wiped in months. Floor had not been moped as well. It was just plain nasty and other ladies were discussing the lack of cleanliness also. Needs a good cleaning. I hope I never need to use this restroom again. You can do much better than this! ~S

This Walmart is very well organized. The staff is very helpful and kind. You will always hear the staff laughing and it just makes you feel good. They are very LGBTQ friendly. All the staff always smiles and waves at you. If you need help they will be there. They also help the elderly bring the groceries to the car. This is a great place to go and get what you need. THEY ALSO HAVE SLICED RAINBOW CAKES AND I WANT TO BUY ALL OF THEM. ~Catherine

Why would you ever purchase tires or other auto accessories from Sam's? They may have a decent price, but they never answer the phone. How would you ever get roadside assistance or a tire repaired? How would you make an appointment for service. The store is OKAY for general merchandise but the Auto department is non-responsive. ~Joe

Hands down my favorite Little Caesars ever!! The employees here are great.. I can honestly say I have ordered here many many times and I've never had an issue.. their courteous the place is clean and of course the pizzas are great.. the assistant manager there missy, is one of the nicest people I have ever met. She's compassionate and caring and always has a smile on her face.. thank you to all the employees, you all are some great individuals.. just wanted to let you know you all are very much appreciated.. ,❤️ ~Melissa

Exceptionally clean, I mean, the score is a 99 as of recently! The New Management and staff is amazing and the food? THE FOOD IS TO DIE FOR! Top quality is the goal and by all means, they definitely went above and beyond. KUDOS! #NobodyOutPizzaTheHut ~Jordan
