Great store! I placed my order online via Speed Perks before arriving. When I went to pick up my order from the Winterville NC store Kevin & Brittany took care of me and my order. I had a few questions in regard to troubleshooting a problem with my brakes. They were eager to help me and provide possible ideas/solutions!!

Needed oil for my car as well as a scratch repair kit. Very helpful sales person explained range of oil in performance * cost. Helped me to locate a Turtle Wax kit to repair a scratched area. Told manager the clerk provided excellent service. We also purchase windshield wipers at this store & staff installs them. Very convenient.

This store has just gone down hill. Stopped by to get some wipers installed and the manager didn’t even know how to install them correctly. Seems like the company just wants a warm body in the position. My husband was right, we will stick with auto-zone.

Great and helpful service here. I was able to get the help I needed and the right parts. I've been to several different auto zones and advance autos, and being able to have people who actually know what I'm looking for is hard to come by in these stores. The guy Ken was exceptionally helpful. I would recommend this store to friends and family.

Ran into my an old employee of yours at his new job. It's a shame that this company would let a knowledgeable and professional hard worker leave and not try to keep him after so many years of service. Since the day he and Ryan left, this store has gone down the drain. Hopefully they can talk him into coming back and turning the place around.
