Typical Sam's club. The customers walk around aimlessly. Plenty of parking. Their gas station is in the same area. The pumps need to have an extender so all vehicles can go in all lanes regardless of what side the gas cap is on. I dislike having to wait in line to leave in order to have receipt scanned.

2 times I've filled up gas and 2 times the overflow protector failed on 2 separate pumps don't be surprised if Fire Marshall doesn't pay you a visit. Told att about it first time never have this problem at Costco

They tell you to leave the items on the cart that they will scan them. The cashier was trying to go fast and talking to other staff at the same time. At the door on my way out they tell me an item wasn’t scan and I needed to get in line to pay for it. What was the point of leave everything on the cart that they will get it if they still miss items. The line was long so no I wasn’t going to make the line again. I left the item. First time at this Sam’s club location and will be the last. The lady at the door should have offered or get another staff to scan my item without me getting back in line. It wasn’t my fault that it didn’t get scan in the first place.

We love Sam's club but the new drink cups are the pits!! Lids WILL NOT stay on. Every time you pick it up, top pops off. Please bring back Styrofoam cup. We'd be willing to pay more!!

At a self checkout and my card got declined. I had cash also but machine didn't take cash. No big deal the lady printed out the receipt to go to a register with someone scanning. Well that c__t made a big deal because I asked the customer who I followed to the register if I could kindly jump in front of her to pay for my stuff. customer was ok with it since I explained I just simply needed to pay quick!!! The problem lies within the lady running the register she made a huge deal outta it. Why??? I think she needs to learn to not be a racist c__t!!!!

Sam’s rarely disappoints. Today was finding Easter items and a snack. Easily found the chocolate bunnies and had the hot dog and drink snack. Hot dogs are well worth it. One down side was the Sierra Mist was all carbonation and no syrup. Quick switch to lemonade was exactly what I needed. Only a 4 today for the soda machine not having Sierra Mist.

When you couldn't find it you went above and beyond and retook my order. I can't thank enough! You are the perfect example of someone who cares and excellent customer service!!!

This is my first experience shopping at Sam's club in Wilmington. I have to tell you I was nicely surprised. It was clean, the meat selection was fabulous, and the prices are reasonable considering I bought a four pack of pork chops with no bone for $4.

Had to reach out for assistance to employees at Sam's Club Tire Center. I am glad I did - Jeremy and Robert were incredible! Very knowledgeable, courteous, helpful and efficient. Provided not just assistance but all the info I didn't know but needed. I couldn't have asked for any better service, they were terrific! Thank you very much Robert and Jeremy!
