Gas pumps never work. Credit card readers malfunction more often than they work.

Liked the products but don’t really see a savings in prices. Compared to other places their prices are high. As a handicapped person all of their rows of ride on carts are broken. I had to use one that made my whole shopping experience unbearable!!! The employees were friendly and helpful and they were offering free samples. I like the fact they sale in bulk but their bulk prices are not that much of savings. They should fix the riding carts. It’s a shame that they have 20 broken ones sitting there. Shame on management for thinking that handicap people do not matter!!!

They don’t pull expired meat, bread, and dairy products off the shelf, and even though their milk is allegedly well within date it goes bad a week before that. Called corporate to tell them they may want to check their cooler and they blew me off entirely. We are switching to Sams club.

I love it. It's an awesome store . It's like Sam's club but nicer and bigger. A better selection on what you can get.

On 7/26/22 I was sent a text my order was ready at 11:41am. I go to BJ'S Fayetteville NC to pickup my order curbside. I go to app to checkin and can't checkin from app. I try several try and still can't. An older short white woman walks pass my truck several times and ignores I am waiting. I finally get my order after waiting 45 minutes. Another short white female employee around 60 years old finally delivers my order to my truck. She literally throws my order on my truck and complains about how high my truck is and how heavy the items I ordered are. I paid for a membership to shop at this store. I won't renewal my membership again after the way I was treated from these 2 white female employees. I am very very dissatisfied with the service from this BJ'S. I am treated like this every time I come to this store.

Such a hustle & a hassle for a military spouse on a budget. Looks just like Costco inside for the layout, and we really love Costco. BJs prices are really not great compared to Walmart or the Comissary at Ft Bragg NC. We joined with a promotional membership fee of $25, with a free gift of $40 in shopping credit. Packed up the kids, spent gas money to get there and back: the prices were so so high for even paper towels & TP; we got one pack each, $40 spent Got to the cash register and only $30 of the $40 was able to be applied. So we received barely any discount with fuel to get there and back, and I'm 99% sure I'll never go back in there for a $10 remainder. Nowhere in the fine print did it mention the limit on the promotional credit. So deeply frustrating. Never again BJs.

Very busy traffic wise, kind of like playing frogger a lot due to the BJs gas station. Inside the store is usually very clean. Wish we could get back to the free snacks again.

I recommend purchase your tires from a tire specialist company not a wholesale connected tire center. I purchased 4 new tires January 2021 and less than a year and had normal tire wear. Unfortunately the tires did not hold up and warranty only covered nail puncture. The tires had pick up multiple punchers 2-3 visits to bjs to be plugged. To be exact it was three visits to get tire plugs. Third visit the tires showed signs of replacement. My daily commute is 8-10 miles from work and gym. In November 2021 tires commuted to West Virginia once from North Carolina and back. Their warranty is terrible and doesn’t covered replacement just a percentage thats calculated by the company. In other words very small percentage not friendly for a daily commuter. So I purchased another tire under the percentage discount towards a new tire which is one time and needed a tire rotation on the day of my appointment. They change the tire but no rotation. Told they couldn’t do the rotation come back anytime without an appointment. So I did and each time was told got appointments ahead of you come back so I did then again told come back. I waited 3 months came back was still told to come back for a tire rotation. I wasn’t coming back needed the manager this time. The experiences I’ve had with this tire center is terrible and the normal amount of personnel which is just one person makes the wait time hours. If you try calling good luck because the one person is working on tires or servicing propane tanks. Other tire companies specialize in quality service better warranties and efficiency. Bjs not saving me money it’s costing me money and wasting my time when I was trying to do one stop shop for member benefits savings.

The middle aged Caucasian woman who was checking receipts on 1/30/22, at 2pm, was extremely rude to me. I just purchased my membership one week ago and am totally new to the way this establishment runs. My self check out machine did not print me a receipt and the woman checking receipts sent me to customer service to retrieve my receipt. Customer service verified I paid and notified her over their walkie talkie that I had paid and could exit the premises. I went back up front and attempted to leave again. The same middle aged Caucasian woman told me that despite them verifying I paid, she was not letting me leave without a receipt and rerouted me to the customer service desk again. She yelled at me in front of a crowd of people which was very embarrassing, and humiliating, being I was cooperating with everything I was being directed to do. An employee from customer service had to step aside from what she was doing and physically walk me to the front entrance and tell the employee to let me leave. The customer service employee was extremely busy and should not have had to escort me to exit the store after it already having been verified I paid. The customer service employee was disrupted from her hard work just to help me to exit the premises. The way I was treated was absolutely unacceptable, uncalled for, and very embarrassing. I have had my membership 7 days and don’t plan on returning being the woman at the exit / entrance treated me that way.
