I bought my bride of 17 years a beautiful open hearts necklace with the for our anniversary, I opted for the extended service plan to keep her necklace as beautiful as she is. Well after two years Kay jewelers refuses to honor the service agreement. Needless to say I will not spend another dime at Kay's.

Not a good experience at all — I’m not sure who the older lady is with the blonde hair but she is rude & terrible customer service _ next time I will be going to Augusta! I went to have my engagement ring resized which still does not fit but don’t worry I won’t be going back to this store just to avoid that lady !

Little Chris is the best! He is down to earth and he genuinely cares about his customers. He helped me and my husband find me a new wedding set and we got it for a decent price ! This will most definitely be our go to place for diamonds ,absolutely love it!!

We had an excellent experience here. James is the best! He personally escorted our heirloom diamond to and from Augusta to be set within days of purchasing our setting. Worked to get us a great deal too. Highly recommended. Ask for James and you will not be disappointed with the service you receive!
