I had a cross country move for my daughter from Georgia to Illinois. They confirmed a delivery date of the pod and 3 days before when I tried to confirm, they said no delivery arrangements were made. Basically, you are doing alot of talking on the phone to a call center to people who are not concerned with mistakes and do not think it is a big deal. But the contents were delivered and nothing was broken.

We had a pick up and drop off of a container yesterday by Mike W. of PODS Charleston. He was very courteous and knowledgeable. We would highly recommend PODS for anyone who is moving. Every employee, whether on the phone or in person, has been great.

Andrew was great to work with. Texted prior to arrival with sufficient heads up. Was quick and efficient in placing the pod in its designated spot. Friendly guy. Overall happy with the PODS experience, from booking to delivery, the user friendly website and support staff you can call anytime.

Thank you to Mike W for picking up our pod and easily removing it without any hassle! He was able to do it all without me needing to be home. I appreciate his work ethic by also letting me know when he’ll be there and following up with me after her removed it. Overall, Pods was a great choice for our move from NY to CHS!

Alex did an excellent job dropping off our POD in a very narrow driveway without damaging the surrounding garden. Super conscientious and nice guy. We also appreciated that he was on time called ahead with his ETA.

Amanda and Justin did an excellent job moving my POD from North Carolina. They called in advance to confirm the time, both the pickup and the delivery were perfect. Great driving skills. Very nice to work with. I was very pleased with the whole experience.

Moving with PODS is the best way to go, I was able to access my Unit several times, which was very convenient. They are top notch in the Charleston area. I would like to especially thank Ray, my PODS pick up representative, he was so kind, calling me to let me know his arrival time and I had accidentally left a couple of items inside and he was extremely professional, leaving them on my porch, he went above and beyond for me. I highly recommended using PODS and can't thank Ray and the team enough for their outstanding customer service.

Kris & Amanda did a wonderful job from the call prior to arrival for pick-up, all the way through loading and driving off with the POD. Amanda did a superb job keeping everything safe overseeing it all, while Kris operated the lift with no problems, true professionals. Great teamwork and easy overall experience. I have used PODS 3 times and will keep using them going forward.

Considering moving to the Charleston SC area, while we are driving through one neighborhood, we seen a PODS truck making a delivery. I went up to the driver expecting a simple answer based off previous encounters with other truck drivers. Well, I was wrong, Jeff G. took the time out of his schedule to explain the process. He was able to answer all our questions and never acted like he didn’t have the time for us. When we are ready to make the move will be calling you guys for sure.
