Very friendly and helpful staff and a great selection of merchandise! Always my pawn shop of choice. I had to make an emergency move and came up a few hundred short, so I decided to get a loan on my guitar and was able to get the money I need. Randall is the best! I’ve done business with him a few times, and he always does whatever he can to help me out. He’s very knowledgeable about the merchandise in stock. Moving with PODS is the best way to go, I was able to access my Unit several times, which was very convenient. They are top notch in the Charleston area. I would like to especially thank Ray, my PODS pick up representative, he was so kind, calling me to let me know his arrival time and I had accidentally left a couple of items inside and he was extremely professional, leaving them on my porch, he went above and beyond for me. I highly recommended using PODS and can't thank Ray and the team enough for their outstanding customer service. ~Stacie

Shopping experience was great, the girl who opened the door when opening didn't speak or welcome us. Past experience they always have. Prices were god. Some expensive, and they have nice sale racks. I really love the clothes. ~Cheryl

I had a not so satisfying experience with my online print order that was to be picked up at the Summerville, SC location. I filled out the survey they emailed me and within the hour, I had heard from the manager of the department (Liz) and the store manager(Matt). Not only was I refunded my money but they also reprinted my order. It was FANTASTIC! THAT'S CUSTOMER SERVICE! ~Alesia

Cashier was very friendly, but when I ask to exchange a propane tank she said called another lady to help and she said it was too late and it had just turned 9 . She was very rude and disgusting toward other customers as well. She was just so lazy and didn’t want to help. Honestly if she doesn’t wanna work she should stay home. Isn’t the first time I have encountered her . Other then that the lady who helped me first was very nice and also surprised when she said it was to late . Hope she gets fired ( it wasn’t the first time I have exchanged a propane tank around the same time) ~Leyroroy

This school was okay during my first year (2015-2016). My second year (2016-2017) was full of drama and when I went to the administrator about my problem they said that if something were to happen again and I were to stand up to the person once again that it would be considered retaliation. This school does nothing about bullying and I do not recommend it. The students here also do not keep the school clean. I have many times seen a bug crawl across the cafeteria floor before school while waiting for the bell to ring. ~Hailey

Very rude. Clerk whom I assuming is the owner wouldn’t let me get a word out after I requested a simple receipt before it printed. Just as good measure I sometimes just ask beforehand so they know as it prints. Instead of just saying sure, he sprung into defense mode and began to argue with me. Then when I told him to have a blessed day And went to pump the pump didn’t want to work. Won’t be coming back. ~Alexis

Lost 4 customers today. I stop here every other day and have encountered a nasty attitude from a young gentleman that has a bad attitude to be working in customer service. After my encounter, there was another customer (and the entire store) that experienced the same abuse by this same guy screaming at him. Do better or continue loosing customers ~Sherry
