5 Best cell phone store in Summerville, South Carolina (SC) 2024

Ordered online and picked up my items in store. A young woman pushed them out to my car and put them in my trunk for me. The items were very heavy but she got it. Great products, great prices, great customer service. Lord willing I’ll definitely be a repeat customer. ~Simone

The employees are rude and they will harrass you on the due date of your payment. I have good communication with them and I have never missed a payment. They want to put card on file according to a "new policy". They provided false information regarding my account and even stated someone came in the store sating " I do no live at my address". This is a horrible place to deal with!! The employees do not know how to conduct business professional. The harrassment is ridiculous, my attorney has been informed regarding this place. ~T'Adria

Been an excellent customer for twenty plus years. Had a problem with my phone. Not covered under warranty, so I had to get a new phone. Customer service was rude and treated me with disrespect and the manager would not even waive the activation fee ($35). Again an excellent customer for over 20 YEARS, not one late payment, ever... and treated with disrespect. Have to pay for those TWO armed security guards, yes TWO!!! I would NEVER go back there. I do not recommend them or Verizon. As soon as I can pay off my phone, I will leaving Verizon forever! ~Greg
