MID at best. Fayetteville, NC Verizon store has way better customer service than here. Summerville location??? No greeting. Slighted type attitude while giving no real solution to my issue. Does not matter who you have in store.. I heard you the first time. But to tell someone to "just reset" a frozen phone or call tech support/have them call me ...again with a FROZEN phone is asinine. EDIT: I see others have the same issue with rude customer service reps. So I see consistency of service is NOT an issue here. Trash.

Been an excellent customer for twenty plus years. Had a problem with my phone. Not covered under warranty, so I had to get a new phone. Customer service was rude and treated me with disrespect and the manager would not even waive the activation fee ($35). Again an excellent customer for over 20 YEARS, not one late payment, ever... and treated with disrespect. Have to pay for those TWO armed security guards, yes TWO!!! I would NEVER go back there. I do not recommend them or Verizon. As soon as I can pay off my phone, I will leaving Verizon forever!

I'm not from this area I'm originally from Wisconsin. But the lady that worked with me at the Verizon store was awesome. She walked me through things on my new phone. Too bad Samsung couldn't get all the pictures from my Motorola onto this phone.

You need an appointment to talk to someone here. The kicker is that the 800# given on the door to call for an appointment DOES NOT GIVE AN OPTION TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT. 2 days and 4 phone calls later (with 4 different stories from reps on phone) I finally got my elderly dad's new phone activated. What a nightmare!

By far the worst Verizon store back into. The only thing that was pleasant was the gentleman welcoming you into the store and asking what you needed. Everyone else in the store is rude, acts like they don't want you there, acts like you were inconveniencing them and makes you feel stupid when you ask a question. DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE! After my visit I spoke with customer service and even they stated they received several complaints about this store. They sent me to another store on Rivers avenue where I was able to get good customer service. Summerville Verizon employees, listen up! You chose this career, do your job!

Extremely rude and unprofessional staff. We walked in the door ready to upgrade our phones and were told to either place our order online or make an appointment because no one was available to help us. The store was nearly empty, why should we make an appointment? Regardless, we placed the upgrade order online for same day pick up and six hours later the store is now closed and we still do not have phones. We will be switching providers without hesitation.

Hands down, the best experience I have ever had buying a cell phone. Christina helped me when I was literally at my wits end dealing with a bunch of stuff with my dad who is in a nursing home and he lost his phone there which caused him great anxiety She made everything so easy. Gave me me great recommendations and got the right insurance that wasn’t ridiculously expensive because it just covered what I needed and then she ended up changing my dads plan noticing a better one for his needs that was even a little less per month. I came in there all stressed out and she had me laughing and I left feeling much better with one less thing to worry about.

Extremely unprofessional store; even the customer service was unpleasant!!! Stacey the manager didn't even try to help, instead she stared around looking foolish and lost! I purchased my phone and watch from Verizon 2 weeks ago. Now that having an issue, instead of them try to help me here in the store with my phone & watch...THEY TOLD ME I NEED TO GO TO A BEST BUY STORE AND FIND A SAMSUNG TECH SUPPORT AGENT over there to help me further. So again what's the purpose of buying items from Verizon if the can't help me in the store. *** I will be opening a formal complaint with the BBB (Better Business Bureau) ASAP ***

Not a bad experience. But they did mess my order up causing me to waste four days trying to get the situation straightened out. Then when you try to call you sit on hold for over an hour and nobody ever picks up. But the in-store experience wasn't that bad return the device got a refund went okay. Will not be using Verizon for anything in the future ever
