Kind of a smallish GS location. Staff was friendly and helpful. Didn't have the game i was looking for but to be fair it was an older release and they directed me to their online store to find a copy.

This is the most pointless GameStop ever. This is not the first time this has occurred at this location. What do they get paid for? It’s 2 in the afternoon a high time for costumers. Find new employees that actually work!

The cashier girl with the orange hair was very unpleasant. My son came to buy a game, she didn't greet us or anything. Handed my son the game without a bag. Had to ask for bag. No bye have a nice day. Guess she did not feel like working.

It is what it is, a average GameStop. It really stinked in there even with my mask on, went outside and used a ton of perfume and scented hand sanitizer.

Went to trade iPhone in perfect condition. Was told I couldn’t because associate was working alone. There was not a single person in line behind me and one other person in the store. I felt he just didn’t want to go through the process. Associate working alone at the goose creek GameStop near by had no issues helping me and was not a manager either.

GameStop at Azalea Square in Summerville is one of my favorite GameStop locations in the area and a reliable place to get the necessary gaming products you need in person all in one place. I have been happy with all of the purchases that I have made from here over the years. The staff here is very friendly and knowledgeable.

Hey for some of you who have ordered just want to give a heads up try not to do it a lot i have had an issue with a purchase that i made in Jan that had to come in the next month and it didn’t. I have reached or to customer service like 3 times and all 3 times i have been given a different day of arrival. Heck tried again yesterday and it looks like they didn’t seem to care since i had the exact same automated msg at once. And by the way don’t expect them to do anything for you even if you are an unhappy customer
