Great store, great staff, friendly woman works there and has taken care of me most visits to this location. I must say thank you for the enjoyable visits. I didn't feel pressured into buying things I didn't want and I was helped with the things I needed help with. Will visit again.

The staff are very knowledgeable about what they're doing especially the young lady that help me out last week. Knew the products answered all questions and made excellent suggestions. The store is very clean and has a good layout with good spacing.

I went in to find a game for beginners never having played video games. I also let the sales person know this. I bought a Nintendo lite with A Super Mario 3D all stars game. Total came to 275.00. I asked about return policy and understood there would be little to no problem. I tried the game and encountered frustration. Obviously I needed a teenager at home. I decided to bring it back and was told I could get a refund of 100. for the switch lite and 24.00 for the game card. So I'd only lose 150.00. I decided maybe I could get more money selling it myself. Hopefully. This is so unfair. If you cannot return games for a full refund --that should be made clear especially to a novice like myself. I feel I was taken advantage of here. Not at all happy with this place and their customer service.

Went to this gamestop looking for a particular game that I couldn't find anywhere else and found it! Brand new at a very reasonable price! The associate i dealt with Kaitlin (i believe this was her name). She was very nice and friendly. She also answered a few questions that I had about the game. She was very knowledgeable about the game. Will buy future games from this store.

The several times I was there the workers were all friendly and willing to help. The store was clean and well organized. They had a decent selection of have for all platforms. Plus they had a nice selection of Pop Vinyl and other collectables.

They had a great selection of preowned games and new games, but as we were looking at a game to buy it the man came over with a rude tone and said “just so you know you have 3 minutes left” and I said ok no problem, put the game back and left. It made me feel uncomfortable and I don’t know if I would want to go back.

Great Service Here! While I don't agree with some of their prices, i must say it's worth a visit. The Manager was very helpful and I appreciated his comical personality. Well done!!
