I went in today to recycle some ink cartridges in old cell phones. I got in the line for recycling I was the only one there in the line and the lady completely ignored me. The lady in the customer service line after helping her customers looked over at me and asked me if I needed some help. So she is the one that helped me. I was standing in the correct line but was completely ignored. The lady that was in the customer service line was very nice and helped me with my recycling. I have always had a good experience when I go into Best buy but today the lady and customer service needed a good experience but the lady that was in the recycling line that was supposed to be helping me did not.

Great deals... large selection of items... good quality products! However, what we have learned to expect these days, they seem to be a little short handed. Hardly anybody on the floor to help you! I had found what I wanted on-line and went to the store to get it. If they had provided a location and self checkout, I could have popped in, picked up the item, and checked myself out leaving only a footprint of my credit card number! I guess I could have placed the order on their website and waited a week for delivery. "It is what it is!"

Not your typical Best Buy. Nobody asks if you need assistance and when you stand in line to get help, you get attitude. Specifically from the black girl with her hair done up like red pom poms. I was trying to find a new watch band for my Galaxy Watch. I asked her ot unlock the case so I could see them. When we got to the case, she started pulling out watch bands, I told her those are the wrong size, I need the 22mm. She said. "We don't have none of those". I told her that I saw one down in the bottom left corner and I reached in and took it out. She said "No.. You can't keep digging in there like that" and literally took it out of my hand and put it on the shelf in front of me... I will not visit this location again. #Not impressed

Do yourself a favor and purchase somewhere else. And FOR SURE do not purchase the "Total Tech" membership. Installation is a joke. They will no call and no show multiple times and their only solution is to reschedule it and try again. Horrible customer service and the 3rd party installer they try to use (Manada) is awful. All anyone does is point the finger at someone else and shrug their shoulders. Someone else will be getting our business going forward.

Relief !!! That was the feeling which came upon me as I entered this business. NO "shark" lurking with a high pressure sales gimmick anxious to prey on customers. In fact, the atmosphere was more like that of a small town convenience store. I was greeted by a cheery young lady with a friendly smile and a very pleasant personality. She helped me transition from GUARDED CUSTOMER to "relaxed shopper" almost instantly. It was apparent that management has provided great training. Her name tag stated "Deionne". I was thankful for her technical knowledge and professional demeanor. This employee gets a "10 out of 10". I made my purchase and left Best Buy with a positive experience. Parking: The parking lot was spacious and convenient to the front entrance. I didn't have far to walk.

Jeff was the only friendly employee smiling during my experience in the store getting a new phone. He was fun, informative and MORE than helpful!!! You are lucky indeed if he is the person you encounter in this store! The other workers should take notes and follow his customer relationship methods!

Great buy two new tablets for $500 IPAD and Galaxy. Store was clean and organized. Good selection of products in stock. The gentleman that assisted us was very professional and knowledgeable. He was managing the floor alone while everyone went to lunch. Thank you for being kind and patient with us!

I’ve been loyal to Best Buy for decades. This store is by far the worst I’ve ever experienced. I’ve attempted numerous times to purchase items, and sadly only had one good experience. The sales staff is less than helpful, not friendly, and lack product knowledge. Their standard response is “NO,” not “Let me find out.” Today I had the displeasure of dealing with the store manager Calvin, he went out of his way to assure a miserable shopping experience. They argue semantics of their policies just to argue, and I’ve witnessed the staff mocking customers over the radios. They ignore the benefits provided by the total tech membership. This was the last straw for me with this store. The store is cluttered, disorganized, and the staff is just atrocious. Avoid this location, go to another store, you’re going to regret spending your money here.

I will say this although i gave Best Buy a 5 star review it is more for the past experience I have had with them. My brother and I went in and the employee who asdisted us was very knowledgeable anout what we were looking for. Here is my issue with them, they used to have a large video library that they sold, and I like anime which I bought there often. Now they have reduced their stock way too much and getting some of the new titles I want is impossible in store. I still shop there on occasion but no where as much as I have in the past.

If I could give -5 stars, I would. Best Buy has the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced, hands down. I got four deep freezers back to back from them, all of them damaged. Don’t even bother calling customer service. They are useless. If you’re shopping for a deep freezer look elsewhere because Best Buy is trash. I will never do business with them again.
