Best electronics store in Summerville, South Carolina (SC) 2024

I had a not so satisfying experience with my online print order that was to be picked up at the Summerville, SC location. I filled out the survey they emailed me and within the hour, I had heard from the manager of the department (Liz) and the store manager(Matt). Not only was I refunded my money but they also reprinted my order. It was FANTASTIC! THAT'S CUSTOMER SERVICE! ~Alesia

Kids love Steam cards and I have no clue. I went 9 places in a two day span to get what he wanted. Need a game card go to the game store ~Tony

The employees are rude and they will harrass you on the due date of your payment. I have good communication with them and I have never missed a payment. They want to put card on file according to a "new policy". They provided false information regarding my account and even stated someone came in the store sating " I do no live at my address". This is a horrible place to deal with!! The employees do not know how to conduct business professional. The harrassment is ridiculous, my attorney has been informed regarding this place. ~T'Adria

Great buy two new tablets for $500 IPAD and Galaxy. Store was clean and organized. Good selection of products in stock. The gentleman that assisted us was very professional and knowledgeable. He was managing the floor alone while everyone went to lunch. Thank you for being kind and patient with us! ~Black
