6/24/22 Stopped by for a fill up. Staff friendly and courteous, store and restroom very clean. Pumps busy with the folks enjoying downtown Greer tonight.

Low prices but only some of the pumps work. Worth it for 4.14 / gallon to have to try 2 card readers though!!

Worse place for gas. Customer service is not up to par. There can be three people behind the desk and one person helping a line that is clear to the back of the store. Then you get to the front and they can’t take a card, but no one’s telling the people in the line waiting for 20 minutes they can’t take a card. I never stop at this gas station even though it’s right by my house because of the terrible customer service. I stopped here today because I had an emergency and literally had 3 miles left on my tank and after waiting 20 minutes in the line still had to drive some where else. Card machine at the pumps never work either.

Whomever the clerk is that worked 9/5 on 3rd shift has the worst customer service. As a regular customer I can best to assure you that I will never return to this store as well. I will definitely spread the word also to my co workers to never go inside that store again

Josh has always went out of his way to learn his customers. He always asks me about my day and offers the deals to me. Everytime. He is the reason we love to stop at hotspot!

Brenda and Josh? They are the epitome of teamwork and customer service. Nice if you have a hotspot card the coffee is .1.29 for 24oz nice place. Lots of options and fireworks.

The employee Toya or Latoya whatever her name is was the most disrespectful individual ever. I forgot my mask and she screamed at me I couldn’t come in. Mind you she wasn’t wearing one at all. Then I didn’t say anything and went to go get my mask and walked back in. She was screaming at another woman who said she had a medical condition and couldn’t wear one. The other customer asked why she wasn’t wearing one and the employee screamed that she wasn’t going to serve either of us because we questioned her. This employee was completely rude and belligerent saying all the customers were the problem and had a complete attitude even though I preceded to talk to her calmly. No one should be treated like this and she has an extremely unprofessional attitude.

I buy Diesel. But I can't here bc the pumps are outdated. I have to go inside and prepay. I fill up when I buy so I can't guess what it will take. I offered my Photo ID and a card to get them to just turn on the pump and fill it up. But these Worker's and the Manager are complete smartie pants, telling me to just leave. I've done it before here. But after being treated so poorly I'll NEVER use Hot Spot again. It's not my fault they are outdated with old equipment. But I'm a very honest man. I was treated like I was a liar and thief the way they acted. I can live without these people or this company. I'll not forget the way they talked to me!

Great selection inside, parking lot has multiple entrances and the staff in Greer are always exceptionally polite!
