Used to be better and the workers aren't to helpful except the desk lady. I'd rather shop at Tops or Save a lot at this point...

This tire place isn’t very good. The tires are priced higher than other local tire places too. They’ve screwed up both times that I’ve been there. Not worth your time. They broke one of my tire sensors the first time I was there, wouldn’t accept responsibility and wanted to charge me $50 to fix it. The second time I went they told me they didn’t have my tires in stock when they actually did. I’ll likely never go there again.

My family consists of 6 of us, me being the 4th oldest. I'm writing this review on an employee I believe is named "Donnie" he was SO FRIENDLY! He made sure to keep a positive attitude, helped us at the checkout, and was honestly a wonderful employee. Please, BJ's, give him a raise or at least tell him he's doing great.

I award this veteran hating establishment ZERO stars! Saturday February 6th 2021 the General Manager, Jamie, watched me enter the store without a mask and saw me several times during the hour I was in the store. After my wife and I checked out over $300 worth of groceries I saw another item I wanted to purchase and rather than hold the line up I went to the back. While I was waiting the manager asked if I was familiar with the mask policy and questioned why I wasn’t wearing one. Since my health problems are none of his business and my opinion of what’s happening in America didn’t align I didn’t really feel the need to defend myself or answer his questions. I obliged him against my better judgment, and told him that I didn’t spend a lifetime fighting on behalf of my great nation to be told what to do with my body by the same government that controlled me for over a decade. He said very condescendingly that I could leave the store..... to which I did after asking my wife to purchase my additional item. It would’ve ended there, except Jamie found it necessary to follow me into the parking lot while verbally harassing me the entire way to my car, violating the 6ft rule and even putting his face about a foot from mine. I became angered and again asked him to leave my space and leave me alone, he did not. He then proceeded to tell other customers his opinion of me and allowed other mask wearers to publicly/verbally lynch me, even stating to my wife that she should be embarrassed by my behavior. I asked for his district managers name and number to file a complaint and he refused to give it to me, banned my family and I from BJs FOR LIFE (since the membership is tied to my identity). Worst customer service and being publicly shamed was very unpleasant for my wife, and I’ll never give my business to this unAmerican chain store. !!!SHOP LOCAL SUPPORT YOUR LOCAL FARMERS!!!

We recently joined the club and had some trouble with my bank card during the sign up process. Manager was very helpful and was able to work her way through the issues. We went through the store and found several items that we wanted to purchase to try. At checkout our card became an issue again and the cashier just said your card is not going through do you have another card. We told her that we had issues joining and that the manager was able to get us through. She didn't want to call the manager up we guess and was forced to leave without our items. Have not returned to your store. Thank you for letting us join. Gary [email protected]

Not happy with the new online digital coupon system! I do not have access to a smart phone at this time. Why not make all on sale items have clipless coupons at the point of purchase in the store? Keep it simple and convenient or you've lost another customer forever.

I have been going to BJs for a few years. Since I have moved to Olean the variety is less but that’s not the problem. I am white and have never been questioned or searched but when I went in with my black friend he was stopped and his bag was searched, no apology no reason except the obvious. I will never come back and will call corporate.

I renewed my membership here today let my membership expire a long time ago I was disappointed with the selection in this store!!! And got a refund of the membership. Why? when I was shopping Costco they used to be almost exactly the same and since I moved closer to BJ's I figured when my Costco membership expired I would go back to BJ's :) but it's not worth it the clothing selection is very thin, they don't sell Mobil 1 oil or any oil for cars and light trucks, a lot of what I get from Costco just wasn't there!, I'll just drive to Costco in Allentown PA or Harrisburg! I hate Walmart so I will never get a membership at Sam's club! It seemed like BJ's is dying after I saw what they didn't have in the store. I hate to see it go but compared to Costco they can't compete!🤔

As with any bulk shopping store, you need to buy several of or large sizes of whatever you need to realize any savings. This location has a wide selection of grocery items, household items and electronics. Lots of parking and very clean to shop in. You can also get tyres fitted, propane refilled and there is a gas station on the premises. All in all they have fitted a lot of services into a small footprint. Walmart is a stone's throw away though, so you will get better prices there if you're not into buying in bulk.
