Was on a video call with my family while she was here, we were picking out cute minecraft and gloomy bear accessories and she was showing me some of the merch. While we were talking she was interrupted by the manager with "If I can hear your conversation from halfway across the store then you need to leave." And pointed to the door. He continued to make seriously rude comments (even mocking her!) and tried multiple times to kick her from the store over our video call. The other cashier there agreed to ring her up so she was able to make her purchase and leave. Super unprofessional manager that behaved like a kid throwing a fit over two people having a conversation in a store. Could have simply asked her to turn down her volume. ~FluffySnotMonster

We recently joined the club and had some trouble with my bank card during the sign up process. Manager was very helpful and was able to work her way through the issues. We went through the store and found several items that we wanted to purchase to try. At checkout our card became an issue again and the cashier just said your card is not going through do you have another card. We told her that we had issues joining and that the manager was able to get us through. She didn't want to call the manager up we guess and was forced to leave without our items.
