Literally was the easiest, smoothest, best experience I have ever had with a phone company. My phone was broken and I needed it for work, they were able to help me file an insurance claim and I got the replacement in less than 24 hours. Setting up the new device was just as easy. Nice place to shop if you're not big on giving your cash to places like WalMart. My only complaint is that sometimes they carry certain products one day and they won't have them at all for the next month. ~Queen

After seeing all the bottoms at Walmart for the last week Tops was a welcome change. A little more expensive than Walmart but worth it because the customer service and selection is superior. Or TOPS. Similar to Albertsons on the west coast. ~Robert
