Very frustrated. Bought a new phone yesterday to replace my old phone. Set it up went through all the steps but the phone isn't active. I can't switch it to my plan because there is "pending action" and I can't complete the "pending action" because the new phone with the SAME number isn't being found! The people are more interested in getting through the line then explaining there will be time delay or selling cases without listening to the request of the customer.

Literally was the easiest, smoothest, best experience I have ever had with a phone company. My phone was broken and I needed it for work, they were able to help me file an insurance claim and I got the replacement in less than 24 hours. Setting up the new device was just as easy. Will definitely go back!

I usually have no problems with the store; however, I went there last Monday and there was a sign on the door that said they were open from 10:00 to 7:00 and by 10:10 there were no cars or anything there. There was no sign saying they were going to be closed. I traveled half an hour to be there. I couldn't call because my phone wasn't working.

Have not had very good service at all with the Olean Verizon store!!! I will actually NEVER buy a phone there again! My husband and I have been w/ Verizon for several years! Back in July before my surgery for cancer I purchased two phones to add on to our plan one for my mother in law and my grandson for a bday present!I explained to the sales guy that I wasn't giving my grandson his phone until September because I have to get permission from his father yet,as he lives half time with him! The salesman NEVER told me that I had ONLY 30 DAYS TO RETURN THE PHONE! UNFORTUNATELY my grandson's Father said he couldn't have it at his house!So by the time I had recovered from surgery it was too late to return the phone and it was already part of our plan at that point UNOPENED AND ALL WITH A NEW $50 CASE!!! VERIZON WOULD NOT LET ME RETURN IT!I had to pay it off then sell it for a lot less than we paid for it!!! A BRAND NEW PHONE AND CASE!!! AND THE STAFF WAS SO RUDE TO MY HUSBAND AND MYSELF!ON TOP OF THAT THEY SAID THEY IN STORE COULD TAKE OUR PMT. BUT WE HAD TO CALL TO SHUT IT IFF, AFTER ALMOST AN HOUR OF BEING ON HOLD MY HUSBAND WENT BACK IN AND THEN THEY WERE RUDE AGAIN!SO HE CALLED THE STORE MANAGER!IT WAS TERRIBLE! I'M COMPLETELY DONE WITH VERIZON!AFTER OUR PHONES ARE PAID OFF WERE GOING WITH ANOTHER COMPANY!🤬WE HAVE GIVEN THEM ALL THE $$WERE GOING TO GIVE THEM!IF I COULD GIVE THIS STORE A ZERO I WOULD!!!!

This adds 3 the Best Verizon store I've ever been to. The day before July 4th they stayed open an extra 20 minutes for my order to go through the way need to do. I got 2 new iPads and 3 cases. He was extremely patient while I decided whether I was gonna go with I pads alone for I pads and phones until I decided. You got me the best discounts that he could get. I will definitely go back to this Verizon store Any time I need something again in the future. It was a very clean store and well organized. They had a good amount of stock for everything I asked for. I was greeted by 3 different staff when I walked in.
