The old Chinese guy that works there most of the time is literally the worst EVER. stares you down from the moment you walk in the door because so many homeless steal from there he’s convinced everybody is there to steal. (I live across the street and see it happen all the time) he just makes you feel extremely unwelcome, if you’re on the phone or taking an extra minute or two to decide on what snack you want, hes convinced you’re stealing something and will stare u down even more. He doesn’t really know what he’s doing, Doesn’t know how to communicate. Barely speaks English. always just trying to hurry up and get to the next person in line. Worst customer service ever. Plus.. the store has the bare minimum, nothing special here.

Russian male clerk approached my vehicle yelling at me and said how much longer am I going to sit in the parking lot I can leave now mind you I just pulled in I was not there 5 minutes when asked for him not to approach my vechile aggressive he told me to spend my money some where else meanwhile my mother was on the phone and overheard everything when I went inside there was a short Latino male saying he is the manager as attempting to speak to this “manager” only thing he would say over and over this is what we say to all our customers and I like the way the clerk works then the russian clerk that verbally attacked me approach the manager and me again yelling at me twice and the manager did nothing

Good, man that usually is the main one working there doesn’t speak perfect english but is nice and there is not a weird/creepy vibe like some convenience stores. Sometimes there are homeless or sketchy people outside but that’s not really their fault. 7/11 is usually somewhat overpriced but it’s not bad if you live near and want a snack. 10/10, i wish there were those cheap birthday party chocolate/vanilla cupcakes!!

Customer service could be alot better, go in there just about daily and the people working change up so often there is no use even trying to get to know the worker, I.E. get there name give them yours just nice communication between customer and servive provider. Anyways they could use a training day on how to not be a disrespectful person towards customer's.

This is a pretty good 7-11 store... The employee's are nice, and the place is pretty clean overall.. The only thing I dislike, is the aisle's near the rear of the store were way to small for a wheelchair... I needed to get back to the ATM, and it was really difficult. But the employee that was working at the time, helped me out. So yea... :) great place!

Being a night owl and having a 7-11 so close to me is great. I feel like a member of their family when I walk in. Best customer service ever. Even drunk, belligerent drunks get treated with kindess.
