I rarely leave reviews, but I had to let others know about this place!! I was thrilled to find it. I got the açaí bowl, and asked several questions which were thoroughly answered in knowledgeable detail. I wish I had noted the name of the delightful gentleman who helped me. My bowl was not only delicious, but customized to exactly what I wanted. They have their ingredients easily accessible for anyone who wants to see what they are eating. Love the transparency, and that they don’t add extra sugar. The flavor of the bowl was well balanced and delicious, with no overpowering sweetness. I LOVE THIS PLACE!! Can’t wait to come back.

I have only been here a couple of times but each time was great. The place is ver clean and nice inside. The owners are the ones who take care of you and are very kind, patient, and help you with narrowing down what yo try. The mermaid bowl is so good! Everything always tastes so fresh! I also love the avocado toast and mango matcha smoothie. It is a little pricey but not for what you get. The proportions are great, and as I said, everything is fresh and tastes great. Support this local business!

My Husband and I were visiting Wilmington NC for the first Time and as Vegans we found this cute spot and absolutely loved the food and smoothies here! We had to come back to take some on our journey back home. The Mango Pineapple smoothie and avocado toast are delicious! I definitely recommend this awesome restaurant in Wilmington NC.

My one and only go to for smoothies and smoothie bowls in Wilmington. Completely raw and fresh ingredients. Absolutely lovely business owners who truly care about their community with their use of compostable packaging and partnership with other local retailers. Service is always personable, the menu is otherworldly, I cannot recommend this place enough!

Love coming here for a quick snack before a workout. Their avocado toast is the best I’ve had in the city and the owners are SO nice. They have great smoothies as well!

I got the yellow bowl and apple butter toast to go. Both are absolutely amazing. This a delicious way to eat healthy. I'll be returning often. Can't wait to try other yummy items off the menu. The atmosphere is calm, clean and relaxing. The staff is very polite and greeted me with a smile. Highly recommend this place 👌

I had a wonderful experience here! there were so many unique and yummy options on the menu. I got the açaí bowl- which was delicious and prepared so beautifully. I had been traveling for many days- so this was a lovely fruit and nutrient boost that I needed. The portion is really good- you get quite a lot and it is nice and filling- probably took me about 15 minutes to finish. The woman at the counter that helped me was very friendly. The atmosphere and style of this place is great, too. So yummy!

I was greeted when I entered the building. Friendly staff. Great vibe and music. Very clean. I seen people pictures and read reviews so I wanted to try. I had there Mermaid smoothie and it was okay. Taste a tad watered down and bland. No fruity flavor, but it was pretty. Maybe they use frozen fruit. I will return because I had high hopes for this smoothie.

This was my second visit to Kalethy Living and today I wanted to try some of their seasonal flavors for a healthy lunch alternative. FOOD: Hello, Pumpkin Smoothie and the Apple Butter Toast. Each item and ingredient at Kalethy Living is all-natural and most menu items omit dairy and sugar. That's pretty bold but awesome, too. The Apple Butter Toast is not small and it carries some nice weight. I opted for the 2 slices of thick, whole wheat toast with a generous spread of oh-so-delicious Apple Butter, then blanketed with natural granola and sunflower seeds. It's simple, but the fresh ingredients work well together, creating that savory-sweet fall-like meal. Each slice was meticulously made in front of me, with passion and care. It was very good. However................the Hello, Pumpkin Smoothie knocked that toast to the side and said "Nah...I'm the feature here!". The ingredients are Almond Milk, Pumpkin Puree, Pumpkin Spice, Banana, Vanilla and Maple Syrup. Now...I love every single one of those ingredients. The question was, how did it all taste, blended together? The answer? I'll do my best to describe this into words...a blended, liquified, ice-chilled, velvety, semi-sweet, whipped, frothy and nostalgic slice of pumpkin pie, topped with coconut whipped cream. Ummmmm...this is phenomenal. That's precisely how I can describe the flavor and texture of this heavenly "meal". Well done!! SCORE: 4.8 STARS!! SERVICE: It just doesn't get any more personal than experiencing the service at KL. The husband and wife duo are the heart, brains, muscle, backbone and soul of this local gem. They have great Reggae tunes playing and it's all smiles and good vibes from them, both times I have visited. This is their love. This is their passion. ...and it shows when they interact with their guests. SCORE: 5 STARS!! OVERALL SCORE: Gimme that Hello, Pumpkin Smoothie one more time with that service!!! 4.9 STARS!!
