Best health food restaurant in Wilmington, North Carolina (NC) 2024

I love going to Planet Smoothie! I usually ask for the 2-piece bikini with only berries and no added sugar or turbinado. This is a delicious fruit smoothie without the unnecessary added sugar! ~Johnathan

Tried it for the first time today, staff was friendly, kind, gregarious, charismatic - all of the above! Food was very reasonably priced I got one of the wraps on the menu. I was expecting flavor to be left to be desired because of the low-calorie healthy philosophy but boy was I wrong. Sweet potato fries and the Tomato Basil Chicken Wrap (think it's called the "watch your waist wrap") were excellent, fresh, hot exactly what I wanted. It was honestly better than had I gone to another eatery in town to get the same item. Will definitely be back again and potentially will try the meal prep options they have on a weekly basis. I got the yellow bowl and apple butter toast to go. Both are absolutely amazing. This a delicious way to eat healthy. I'll be returning often. Can't wait to try other yummy items off the menu.
