I just mistaken this place for the smoothie king place and it was an a mistake and the young girl in there told me that I was ruining her day when I asked for a refund they didn’t even know how to give me a refund they had to call the manager and the manager didn’t even tell her how to give me a refund. Don’t go there young immature employees !

I love going to Planet Smoothie! I usually ask for the 2-piece bikini with only berries and no added sugar or turbinado. This is a delicious fruit smoothie without the unnecessary added sugar!

My drink was good, my sister’s was disgusting. The girls at the counter were very rude. They talked over my sister & I the whole time and while I was waiting on my drink they were talking about getting someone a birthday gift. I knocked over a bin with straws in it and was trying to ask for a straw and they just continued my conversation, I ended up going next door the donut inn and got a straw, it just didn’t feel worth it to have to yell over the girls. One was white & blond the other was tan and had almond eyes and dark hair.

Great smoothies! However, I would ask for a break down of the cost of each ingredient. Got the same drink twice. Was over a dollar more the second time I purchased it. Side note: Do not pronounce Açaí wrong. They will laugh at you in an attempt to make you feel inferior.

Jenny is rad! She was holding it down by herself several times when my wife, daughter and I visited. Even when certain guests made unhelpful and unkind comments towards her working alone with the busy shop, she kept rolling and helped each person with kindness and professionalism. We go here a lot now and she even remembered our drinks! Top tier service!

The staff is always so friendly including the owner. If i could ask one thing if qould be for a way to leave a credit card tip or tip on venmo because I never have cash. Love the smoothies!! And its super easy to stick to my gluten free dairy free diet.

Drove from Jacksonville, hour drive to find out its closed before posted hours. Upsetting and it needs to followup with closing hours or needs to update hours

Andrew Diggs is a superstar. Great customer service If you ask me he deserves a promotion. He took very good care of me and my family. He was the only employee working. And put a special touch in the smoothie! It was delicious!!!
