Nothing like ordering online , they charge your card and when you go to pick up order sign on door “ sink broken”. “Refunds online.” No one answers phone , person in the store won’t even acknowledge you . Such bad business! They do have multiple sinks I am sure . Done with tropical smoothies ..

So the food was good…. But one of our party ordered a bowl, and got a wrap. The kids working behind the counter were to busy playing around in the back where no one could get their attention. We were seated waiting for a secondary order and they took it, sat it on the counter without calling out the order so it sat there getting cold. We had to ask where it was, we had to ask for a fork then and they had disappeared to the back again! I am all for enjoying working, but if you can’t get the orders correct and people have to continuously hunt for you and YELL to get your attention because you can’t hear over your music playing in the back. Laugh, giggle, by all means; but you are at work… do your JOB!

Ordered a wrap and smoothie from this location for delivery. Driver showed up with only a smoothie. He said he would go back and pick up the remainder of the order...he never came back. Called the store 3 times to try and follow up...no one picked up. Thanks for stealing my money.

Delicious tropical teriyaki chicken flatbread sandwich. chicken was tender and juicy lettuce ,and tomato’s were fresh, the teriyaki sauce was spot on, and the flatbread was soo soft. My smoothie kept me hydrated all morning/afternoon.

Employees do not pull hair back. No gloves. Girl taking my order did not even say thank you. Get it together team.

I visited this place a few years ago and my very first experience was not a great one so I never tried it again until today and I can say that this time was bit better I was having trouble with my gift card and the staff help me figure it out and the avocolada was very good, I'm very big on being greeted and a staff that provides customer service which was not what I got the first time, today made up for it, so I will more than likely return to try something else on the menu.

The food was good but check your order before you leave to make sure that you are getting EVERYTHING that YOU paid for. I checked my bag before I left and was missing an item. I gently told them what I was missing and it was given to me with no fuss, but no apology was made either. *update* There is a straight hair in my smoothie and grime in and around my cup. I have curly hair, that hair is NOT mine. Please don't come here unless you want to be sick!

Worst experience at tropical smoothie yet. My order was not together so I left half if it behind and had to go back. My hummus wrap had about a teaspoon of hummus on one end of the wrap. Luckily I had some at home and to top it off, the half filled container of kale slaw was old and wilted. Gross! Extremely disappointed in the whole experience!
