A Year later Still NO CUSTOMER SERVICE! TD Ameritrade has lousy customer service- made 7 phone calls this morning can't get a LIVE PERSON on phone to ask a simple question to? I work and don't have time to sit on hold listening to music and excuses about longer than usual wait times -Here's a thought, HIRE MORE PEOPLE. Scottrade sold me out to TD not happy looking to move account.

After seeing earlier review rating I went to TD Ameritrade Broadhollow with lot of hesitation, however my experience was pleasant and staff were quite helpful.

Called to make appointment - talked to " machine", went there to try to talk to somebody, they give me card to call to make appointment _ talk to the machine..... and this is what they called " personal banking" .....
