I went to Caliber for an estimate on a small body damage job on my car. They were very professional when I met them. After taking some pictures of the damage they told me they can’t give me an estimate and that it has to be put in the computer to generate an estimate and they would call me in a day or two with a price. After waiting 3 days with no call, I called them and was told someone would get back to me. No one called back. I’m sure they do great work but I never had a chance to really find out. I don’t know if it was because of how minor my damage was (a portion of my bumper had to sanded, primed, painted and clear coated), or if it was because I was paying out of pocket and not letting them hit my insurance company for 3 times the price. I went to “A Plus Collision” a mile or so away. I got an estimate the same day. Dropped my car off the following day and am extremely happy with the results.

I recently used caliber collision to fix my MDX after another car hit it. Anthony and the team were a pleasure to work with. They were professional and honest. They called me 2x to update me on the status of the car before the final call that car was ready for pick up. Car repair was completed exactly when they estimated it would be. They cleaned the car inside and outside when they were done with the repair. Looks brand new! I hope I never need their services again, but if I do, I am happy I found an excellent auto repair shop.
