Best watch store in Summerville, South Carolina (SC) 2024

About a month ago, I purchased a necklace along with the warranty. Two weeks ago, I accidentally popped the chain so I took the necklace in for repair. The sales associate that helped me seemed very happy to do so. I was surprised that the time for repair seemed a little long, but I received an email two days early to let me know that my jewelry was ready to be picked up. Today when I went in to pick it up, I was helped by Kyoko, who is the same young woman that sold me the necklace. She is very professional and exceedingly friendly, and she made my experience with Kay Jewelers a positive one. All of the cases were stocked with unique pieces and the store was clean. The prices for different pieces I asked to look at were reasonable. I don’t ever wear jewelry, but have decided to start. I will definitely be shopping here again in the near future. I highly recommend Kay Jewelers to anyone looking for a little something extra or for jewelry as a gift to someone they love. ~Amanda
