This was by far one of our best buying experiences. I don't know what to say about Tom...He is one of the calmest, patient, laid back but at the same.time, super efficient professionals I have worked with!! I gave him my requirement and a budget and he worked out to get exactly what we need. My wife is going through a back injury and Tom, with his vast experience, was able to show us a mattress in a matter of just 2 tries. We love Tom!!!!!

Super friendly staff! Very knowledgeable of what mattress works best for each individuals sleeping patterns and age! I shopped for a five year old and Tom and Anastasia were phenomenal, even with me trying so many mattresses! I have to replace my daughters bed soon and will be coming back for that awesome customer service experience.

Jeff Chang was a great help to us in our venture of finding a mattress. We had been to several other stores but his expertise is unmatched. He listens to what we needed and really helped us find exactly what my husband and I both needed. We both have back issues so finding the perfect mattress was very important to us. I've needed to buy a new bed/mattress for a long while now - the last time I bought one was 1994 (don't judge me 😊). I didn't leave the house planning to buy at all. Since it was Presidents Day weekend though (supposedly the best time to buy), I figured I'd stop in to educate myself, test out some beds and get a feel for prices. Tom was very friendly, helpful and patient. He listened to my needs (and my corny jokes, also sharing a few of his own), showed me mattresses to try and helped me to understand their benefits so I could determine which were most relevant and important to me. After trying about 7, I selected a mattress which seemed to fit me like a glove (I almost fell asleep on it in the store), and it was delivered 2 days later. I am glad that my unplanned visit to the West Windsor Mattress Firm was a such a pleasant and positive experience, especially after procrastinating on this purchase for so long.

We shopped at Mattress Firm for a king size mattress to replace our queen mattress. Anna helped us through the complexities of choosing one since the selection is vast with lots of features not previously available. We quickly settled on a Beauty Rest spring mattress with a memory foam topper and an adjustable base using a remote control. We’ve never had an adjustable base. It was fantastic. We also appreciated the President’s Day sale which was meaningful. We take delivery in 2 weeks. Thank you to Anna for her help in sorting through it all.

This was our second purchase from this Mattress Firm location. The first was a new mattress for our son and this one was for us. The general manager Tom is exceptionally knowledgeable and very patient. He guided us through the selection process and made shopping for new mattress and pillows low pressure and enjoyable. Can't wait to test them out.
