Aside from the line / wait to speak with someone (very busy place) everyone I dealt with was very pleasant and professional. Took a bit over 90 minutes from start to finish for 4 new tires. (made appointment online) had to go back for lug nut check a few days later (this took a bit over an hour)( went up to counter to inquire and my folder was sitting in the "done" bin and 2 guys were chit chatting , who knows how long it had been done) have to go back in 400 miles to get lug nuts looked at again hoping it won't be another hour. Initial service gets ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ follow up gets ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I woke up to a surprise flat tire. Went to town fair tire as a recommendation for great service. As soon as I arrived Dough took care of me right away, he went above and beyond and made sure my car was in great shape. Definitely will come back in the future for all 4 new tires that I know I need and future services. Thanks for the great service guy’s!!!

I went to Town fair tire last week and Dave Smith was great helping me out with choosing new tires and alignment info. I just stopped back in to Enfield Town Fair Tire today to check my tires after getting hit the other day. Doug got me in quick and taken care of. Great service.

Thank you town fair tire for fast and friendly service. I got my tires and alignment done over the weekend, little Dave handled my services and was super friendly and helpful. I went in for a 9 am apt, and they called to tell me my car was ready by 10:30!! Thankful for you!

Town fair tire is amazing! I went to get an alignment on my car and they gave exceptional customer service! Thank you Dave!!! I went to Firestone the day before and told me they couldn’t do it because of my subframe being bent. BUT TOWN FAIR DID IT AND DID A GREAT JOB! I left there a happy and satisfied customer! I recommend them!

I cannot say enough about the fantastic service here. Chris was extremely pleasant and helpful. I should have started here instead of wasting my time at 3 other places, they were the only business that could find my special-order tire and get it the same day (flat on the way to work). I was able to get on back on the road within a few hours. Great business with a team of people who don’t stop moving. Highly recommended.

Little Dave went above and beyond to ensure an excellent customer experience! He not only was prompt and attentive, but he also took his time to show me all the different options available. He made sure to explain each one and the benefits they would provide me based off of I utilize my vehicle. When I went to the shop initially they did not have what I was looking for in stock so they were able to get my flat tire situated in a matter of minutes and ordered what I wanted for delivery the very next morning. I dropped my car off that next morning, before they opened, and as promised it was ready by noon. I purchased wheels and tires and couldn’t be more pleased with the price and the overall experience provided by Dave and the team . I most definitely recommend here and absolutely will come back for future tire needs.
