Went to 3 different Publix’s to find their Nashville hot chicken, which was their weekly special and no one had it ready or knew what I was talking about. Tried this Publix as a last attempt and was greeted by Keisha who then told me it’d be ready shortly. She was sweet, attentive and breath of fresh air compared to other deli experiences. Thank you, Keisha!

Adequate, clean, fairly well stocked. Probably one of the nicer grocery stores in the area. HOWEVER -Watch the pricing; they are bad about displaying items that are not part of the sale price shown. UPDATE: I was asked to update but unfortunately they are still doing the bait and switch. A week ago my husband saw a beautiful display of BOGO prosecco. They each rang up for $18. Even the manager didn't know about a BOGO for any prosecco in their store. Manager did the right thing, but how many other customers are being deceived on a regular basis? We still shop there but are very watchful.

This store is much more organized and has much nicer employees than the Publix on US1 and Eureka (184th). The deli is great with fulfilling online Instacart orders on time. The cashiers are much friendlier here. No one has an attitude here, nearly all associates have helped me in a friendly manner. Grocery shopping is nicer here too. Heck, I wouldn’t have existed if it weren’t for this store! Only thing: it’s hectic navigating through this store when it’s extremely busy. But that’s the “White House”!

Lots of parking, but nowhere to put carts after you load your groceries; liquor store has a wide selection and has a separate entrance from main store, so you don't have to wait in line when all you came for is a single bottle; subs are tasty (but have gotten more expensive lately, I think); staff is helpful.

Great location, very clean, helpful staff. The liquor store is very helpful and has a decent amount of choices. Customers are a little snooty as its a rich neighborhood.
